Pros: Last minute appt availability. (scheduled day before). Receptionist I dealt with was very sweet. And the vets handled my cat with care, compassion and were super informative. They were upfront with pricing and there were no bait and switch tactics. Cons: Upon checkout, during a shift change, I couldn't help but notice the staff member coming off of break looking like she'd rather be anywhere else but at work. Weird vibes for sure especially when they are a customer facing position. She must be the one everyone's complaining about. As a manager myself, YOUR manager should be ashamed of keeping such people in their team. Especially after months of complaints.

I love this place, they have taken care of my babies and their staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I cannot rave enough about them. We can usually get an appointment pretty quickly when something is wrong with our pets. And the results are quick too. I have nothing but great things to say.

My dog Liam was seen immediately and treated well by the techs. The Dr. was informative, courteous, and discovered he hadanear infection. The Dr's assistant was pleasant and thoughtful to my dog. My one complaint is regarding the tech, whose name I did not write down, and was responsible for irrigation of Liams ear. She spoke to my wife in an unprofessional, condescending, and was completely rude to her. My wife asked about a charge of $80 dollars for two bottles applied to each ear, even though it was only one that was infected. The tech responded by stating the obvious and said he does have two ears doesn't he? She was impatient, and very dismissive.

Brought my cat in to see the vet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made the appointment smooth and easy.

Pearl was treated very well. Visit was quick and easy. Attending nurse was very nice and very informative with my dogs health. Doctor was awesome very nice , very thorough and also informative on my pets health a recommendations on healthy foods and treats for my pets well being. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.

I can honestly say I hate doing this but it needs to be done. This location has been giving us the run around to get our dogs refill on his medicine. Our 12 year old dog is having kidney and urinary issues. We have been finally after multiple appointments of requesting this medication prescribed Proin(which we asked for day 1, which was back in March). Long story short we went to pick it up 12 days ago and they only had a 9 day supply in stock. Which is fine I understand. But they said they would call us when more came in and never got a call. So I have called several times and keep getting the call center to tell me I will get a call back in 24 hours... And nothing. So I call again and get told they don't have any on hand. They said they would call different locations and call me back... Never got a call. So yet again I call and they then ask me well did you call different locations. I said no because I was told you guys were and never did. They come up with another excuse. Finally a girl name Olivia calls from another location after I left a message with another location. She was very nice and told me how to order online. So I didn't this on Thursday. Called this morning because it still hasn't been pushed through by the vet so that the mail order can send it out. They stated that the vet has to push it though. I asked to speak with the manager Luis and get told he hasn't been in and they don't know when he will be back. I said can anyone do this, our poor dog is have accidens everywhere and you can tell he is uncomfortable. I work in the medical field and would never do this to a patient, Human or animal. Very disappointed in the care for our dog. Will be changing vets.

I went to the Vetco at the loop in Kissimmee about 3 weeks ago to get my boy looked at. We had to get some tests done as well as prescribed medication. May 10 was the follow up day as well as the day to get his vaccines.On may 3 our female mini Aussie passed away so I called vetco to see if they can help me. They notified me to take her to our nearest location so I went to the petco at the loop. We arrived and the female at the front was more concerned about who I spoke to instead of us losing our loved one. She was rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and not compassionate. We paid the money for the cremation and left.Today is May 10 and we went to our follow up visit and get the vaccines that we already paid for completed. The same lady at the desk from before was there and wouldn’t accept us because we were 5 minutes late. Since losing our other dog we have been so sad and mourning that she didn’t even care. She told us we can take our chances and wait in the lobby and may be seen or not or we can reschedule. We were only 5 minutes late. We want to know if our sons results are good or bad and get him the paid vaccines.After that issue I asked for our baby girls ashes. She gave attitude and turned around to the cabinet. She retrieved the ashes and slung them on the counter to me with such disrespect or remorse. This behavior is unacceptable. We now want a full refund and will never go to Petco for anything ever again. I recommend going to a real veterinary instead of one in a Petco. Worst experience ever.

Waited in the room 35 min and no one helped us or talked to us. I went to the front to ask and the lady was on her phone and said she’d check. Waiting 5-10 min and never heard anything, she just went back to the front. So we walked out and they stopped us and said they could help us now. So we decided to stay. The lady talking to us wasn’t the doctor and said she was just a college student. She even made a comment about how she doesn’t paid well. They took my cat to the back which made me uneasy. She came back 15 min later and half of my cat was drenched in alcohol. They tried to sell us more tests but we just wanted to leave. They didn’t want to let us check out but we told them we are not waiting any longer, we’ve been there already over an hour and had to go. They ended up adding 2 additional tests we didn’t ask for on to the invoice but we paid anyway just so we could get out of there. Will NEVER be returning.

Just called to ask a general question and was turned down by Dr Williams. My dog was on her 63rd day and I was worried whether to bring her in or not . Mind you my dog has been to this clinic in the past.After being on the phone for 15 min. He says he has nothing to say in regards. How professional was that. Girls on phone weresuper nice trying to get meme answers. More professional than the Dr.

Idk what is up with the changes but let me express how terrible of experiences I've had. Number 1, before they changed it to "vetco" I was in the monthly thrive membership for around a year, anytime I tried to make an appointment, it was nearly impossible. They were always booked out or too busy. I paid for an entire year and had probably like one check up within that year. To top it off, recently I went to "vetco" with a scheduled app for my dog, I was around 5-10 min late, to which I was told when I walked in that the "vet" told the receptionist to deny anyone who is late because they were "busy". Would've been nice to have a phone call ahead of time with that information knowing I am 40 min away from this place. They told me if I need help to go to a vet hospital. The receptionist was super nice about everything, I don't blame her, and it was also my fault for being late, but I am so happy I was. The amount of unprofessionalism in regards to their customers is insane, if people are gonna be denied if they are 5-10 min late, LET THEM KNOW AND GIVE THEM A PHONE CALL OR TEXT, ANYTHING. I didn't give them any problems and walked out in shock to be honest. They may "care" about the pets since this is their profession but the customer matter too, communication is key, and if I didn't waste an entire trip driving up there I wouldn't even be writing this review. :)

Most rude and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a vet! Not only did they double booked my appointment and gave it to someone else but when they finally did see my pet they wouldn’t let me go back with my pet for exam and then refused to let me speak with the actual vet. Would only allow me to speak with a vet tech who was rude and would not answer any of my question! Horrible horrible customer service and if they treat you this bad to your face I cannot imagine how they treat our pets behind closed doors! Appalling !

The service I received was great. The nurse and doctor both took care of my pet and showed a great level of service and empathy. They guided me through the entire process and most importantly educated me as they did so. The facility is great, they took their time checking my cat and found the problems she was having.

This was our first visit to its Dr Cruz, she and her assistant connected with my doodle in a way that my former Vet at another establishment was unable to. He can be very anxious around new people but did great with them. We will only being seeing Dr Cruz and staff moving forward!
