This was my first time in this specific location as there was not morning appointments available on the one I usually attend. The doctor was wonderful and caring with my little guy, also the tech that assisted. However, I returned back for a question about the preventative I was provided. since was not the same as before and not what I asked for. I wanted to think there was a confusion since when we were talking we got interrupted many times. I asked the young lady at the front about the difference about what they gave me and what I requested. She told my they no longer do what I was looking for (she did not explain that before) and I understand it but asked many times her why I was not explain about how the one I got will work. She spoke over myself and let me know that If I already paid for it they are not able to take it back; even though I never left the place. Afterwards laughing she told me that at least I protected him for a whole year. My face of disappointment was huge as that laugh made me feel as it was a joke for them and felt I was disrespected. I just stepped out without words. Definitely not coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I am never coming back. I had an appointment and I arrived 5 minutes late. They refused to see my dog, they took walk ins instead because the walk ins arrived earlier than me. The tech said that the clinic is "technically closed now", then why did you give an appointment that close to closing time?Why are you giving people appointments if you are not going to honor them? The tech said to try again next week! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! NEVER COMING BACK.

After going here the attention is fast, but after expending almost 900$ in diagnosis, my cat still have the same issue, is not getting better i don’t recommend this place, they need a vet with experience for a professional diagnosis

*DISCRIMINATION BY FRONT DESK*I had been using the Vetco offices in port orange and due to a recent move and also my animal not feeling well - needed an appointment as soon as possible. I booked an appointment and was running a few minutes late - tried to call and call - no answer - I walked into the store at 2:20 within guidelines of policy and since the girls at the front desk were too busy writing on whiteboards about me but not acknowledging me - by the time someone even acknowledged me it was past the time frame - they immediately had a different tone in their voices when speaking to me from the additional customers in the store. Unacceptable when all I was trying to do was go to a brand that I trusted for a sick animal then one of the girls - with wide lenses glasses - short curly dark hair proceeded to go to over the grooming section and talk about me to other employees who proceeded to look me up and down while I was waiting frantically trying to find another vet to see my animal and also laughing at me. I was humiliated at the store today and it was so uncalled for and discriminatory.

We felt so relieved after seeing Dr. Rivera as well as the assistant of Tech Maria. They preformed many test as well as x-rays to make sure our bandit received the proper diagnosis. They treated her like she was there own and gave us a proper diagnosis.
I really don't know how to thank them for seeing our bandit and tending to her needs.
Maria, thank you for your time explaining anything my husband had a question about after words. Proper treatment and number one care!

The staff in the Young John Pkwy location were condescending when talking to my daughter and embarrassed her. The doctor was rude and said ‘the next time have the person paying should come with him so we don’t have to do these back and forth conversations.’
If I took off work I couldn’t pay the 1,000.00 bill they threw at us!

My mother took my dog for his yearly vaccinations so he could be groomed, she saw the vet was from a very reputable university so we decided to make this our primary vet. A month later, we took my dog there because of a rash, and to get a refill for his food’s RX. I was told they needed to do blood test and other test, only for the results to never be given, no rx for his food. Nothing, we pay $500 for a visit. Every time we called back for updates, we were told they called but no one pick up, one phone operator did mention the vet left a message and that the test came out fine. He started to get worst so we took him back to his old vet where they found a plethora of issues found in the blood work alone. This place is okay for vaccinations but that is about it.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They do not live up to same day appointment. I booked an appointment thirty minutes before the appointment with a rep from Vetco. I rush from work to pick up my kitten to get there and be turned down. “The doctor is almost leaving”. If he has an appointment, stop being lazy, help your patient, then go. The front staff made me wait 10 minutes because they were too busy chatting with each other. Then they brought a really rude woman to the front. She gave me horrible attitude and had no care in the world that my kitten had an eye infection. This staff has no sense of care for their patients. I will no longer be visiting a high cost vet for the care of my kittens. They do not deserve my time or hard working dollars.

Great experience! My new dog was able to be seen quickly and everyone was so nice and helpful. They even went above and beyond helping me with the invoice for my pet insurance. Facility was clean and pricing was fair. Will definitely return!

10 out of 10 would recommend going here! My pup had a really severe ear infection and they were able to see me late on a Friday afternoon to get her in and get her help. The front desk. I didn't catch her name. Helped check us in and showed me where to send my dog's records. Jax vet tech was phenomenal. I let her know my concerns and let her know that this is my dog's first time at this vet so she's very nervous. She handled her with care and compassion and was not nervous to give her one-on-one attention and. Dr. Lucas was amazing, she listened to my concerns and was very gentle during the exam with my dog and aware of her nervousness and made her very at ease and calm. They explained her condition once we got the testing back and exactly what to do to help treat it. We will be going back there when she is healed to start her as a full-time patient.
