Hands down the worst customer service ever. I’m currently standing in the store and was not greeted. I asked the young lady who was sitting down who appeared to be twiddling her thumbs if there was someone in the back, and she said she’s the only one working. I wouldn’t have known she worked there if I hadn’t asked. Instead of saying “I’ll be with you in a moment,” she completely ignored me and another young man in the store. A few min later I told her that I’m picking up an internet system and she checked her system and said it’s not ready. I asked who gets it ready and she said she gets it ready. She literally didn’t move from her spot. I don’t think she’s ever heard of multitasking. I don’t think she’s ever heard of manners. I won’t ever be using this location again.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time at this Verizon location. The service representatives need a lot of training in communication.

Told my father that they didn't know about the insurance on his phone that was paid for 2+ years. Then proceeded to sell him a $1000 phone. Already contacted Verizon and will be returning the phone and going through insurance. Watch out for sales associates that only care about their commission!

This store is so unreliable. I never had to deal with a store ran the way this one is. Constantly the doors are locked during the day. You can never get the service or product your looking for, and now you can even pay your bill at this location. I'm sorry but Russell cellular is unprofessional and should be ran by a corporate not a individual person.

I was very pleased with my shopping at the Verizon store! The young man who assisted me with my purchase was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions.I definitely recommend this store !

Curbside pick up and we are left outside for 40 minutes! Still waiting when it said we are next in-line! I’ve watched people come in after me and be seen. Bad experience! Don’t say we are next if we are to wait for people walking in after we have checked in! Don’t say we are next in-line if you are going to put other people before us! I will never come back to this store. I’ll update later how long it actually took us to sit in the car for ready to pick up next in line! For your information the store was not busy when we checked in two people walked in while we were sitting outside and are being seen before us!

David was absolutely amazing. I dropped my phone and only had access to a quarter of my screen. David was extremely patient and made sure he got all of my data over and that I didn't lose anything. He spent a lot of time working with myself and my husband and I could not be any more thankful to him.

David, who seemed to be the manager, was very very rude to me. I called about an order I was having trouble with and he reached out to what seemed to be the corporate office with me on the phone. He explains to them the situation and I could hear him clearly saying, “Yeah that’s what I already told her so I’ll just tell her again.” We then hung up the phone and I called customer support to see if they could help me. They then called the store on my behalf and when they got back on the phone with me, they told me David, whom I spoke with before, was also rude and disregarded them as well. I then called the store back and spoke to him again. He was dismissive and rude again. I understand everyone has their down days, but this was unacceptable treatment. I asked for the corporate number and he did not give it to me. He then said to me, “you’re going to call corporate? Congratulations.” I told him that this is not the way to treat a customer. He then hung up in my face. You can even go back to check the recorded call if you have a system like this to show you that he did hang up on me. I’ve now placed two orders that I still cannot pickup and still don’t know how to go about it. I’m very very disappointed and upset by this experience. A lot of us work retail jobs so I absolutely understand being frustrated with a customer or the situation, but never in my life have I ever treated someone the way David treated me today.

Customer service reps messed up my account when I tried to upgrade and created multiple orders. Never got resolved on the phone. Was on there for literally 4 hours. I walked into this store location and literally no one spoke not even a hello. Let alone “we will be right with you” we are just standing here literally it’s been about 30 mins now. How super awkward is this. Been on the phone all day with this incompetent company. Like I literally have no choice but to cancel my account and leave now. Finally got to speak with whom I assume is the manager a young Caucasian fella, I advised him of my concerns, there was not one drop of empathy nor were they apologetic for my experience. Horrible place. Never mind my issues still aren’t resolved.

Edwin is extremely knowledgeable about everything and couldn't be more pleasant to work with. I couldn't have been more happy with the experience of getting a new phone which is usually a very stressful situation. If you go to the store looking for him he is easy to find because he looks just like the actor Shemar Moore.

Nobody ever answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the machine is full. I walked to the store a couple of times only to always find it closed, with a note to make an appointment.How the hell are we supposed to make an appointment when there's Nobody there to answer the phone !!Edited: Too late, I purchased an upgraded phone ? directly from Samsung ... and they were very Helpful !!!

Avoid this place the store manager was very unprofessional. They going to make you overpay and they're going to tell you a bunch of lies just to get their commission. They're going to mess up your account and not even the verizon customer service is going to be able to help you fix it. Just stay away very very bad business.
