My Dad decided to help me out and I was pretty intimidated by previous experiences with Verizon. I had switched from a 7 year phone and had a difficult time at a different store. Fortunately the goal was easy and the process was made easier. Huge thank you and Kudos to Fabian for helping us out. Very smooth transition adding a line and he even noticed that my Dad was a Veteran and due a discount which the Store that my Dad frequents hadn't noticed. Made the corrections to the account and additions to the account and made the whole experience refreshingly simple. We were satisfied with phone and service in 30minutes. It was glorious. Thank you Fabian and Verizon for an awesome experience.

I came with my mom for her to get a new phone. She is elderly and doesn't speak English. There is is lovely young man, Angel, who is bilingual and helped my mom. He had already talked to her a week before and when he saw her he immediately recognized her and asked to be the one to help her since he was already familiar with her account. He was so friendly, kind, and most of all patient. My mom is not technologically savvy, and he had to explain multiple times the same concept to her. He just smiled, laughed with us and calmly explained in multiple ways until he made sure my mom understood. He took the time to check different options so that we could pick the best option for her financially. Just a wonderful human. So grateful to him for treating my mom with such compassion and kindness

This place is the best Verizon! I had great help from Adriana getting new service with help from her manager Carmen and help from her coworker Angel. It was a great experience with friendly staff!

My freind, want to go and get her phone fixed. The gentlemen whom helped us was well knowageable and help us with her phone problems.I don't have Verizon, beginning they are overpriced, horrible customer service (phone) and there family plan was a HUGE ripped off

Went here to try and sort out my mother in laws poor cell signal. Without hesitation Juliana recommended us a network extender. She explained to me that it was essentially a mini cell tower that runs off the home internet. Once I installed it, there were no dropped calls anywhere in her house! Thanks again to Juliana for her quick problem solving. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Verizon store

The representatives at this location need training in their communication skills. After experiencing a call and text service outage over the period of 24 hours I go into this store and explain what is going on. The two representatives, present at the time, stated that there have been many customers coming in all morning with the same issue and that something is going on with the towers and that my phone SIM card, whether ESIM or physical SIM needs to be updated to reflect the towers in the area. I have no idea how that works, so I trust the judgement of those that do or are supposed to know. They state that they can not do that at this location and I will need to go to the corporate store which is 40 minutes North. I leave that location and travel 40 minutes North to the corporate Verizon store on Osceola parkway. I was immediately greeted and impressed with the professionalism of the representative I spoke with at the corporate store. I explained to her exactly what my issue was and that I was instructed by the Verizon location in Poinciana to come here. The representative at the Verizon corporate store stated she has been dealing with multiple customers coming from that location with the exact same problems and that there is no SIM card update or anything that can be done. It is simply a tower problem in the area that is being worked on. She seemed frustrated with that location as well. As I left the store, I called the Poinciana Verizon store twice and left a voicemail to return my call. No call back. I drove 40 minutes back to that store. Now there are three representatives and two are free. I engage all three. I stated my how there is a lack of communication and to not instruct or advise customers to drive almost an hour away as I had just wasted time and gas. The middle aged, short, overweight, white male service representative with full silver front teeth, not only looks sloppy and drugged out but attempted to dismiss the facts of events that transpired earlier between myself and the other two reps. Overall the location was clean but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.
