Went here a few days ago for assistance with my iPhone that stopped showing service. Not only was the guy unwilling to take a look at my cell phone, but he immediately told me I needed a new phone and there was no chance it could be fixed. I asked him about different options and he would not even discuss options on fixing the problem or look at my phone. He really wanted to sell me a new phone. Next day went to another store, they replaced my SIM card in 10 mins. Wasted two hours of my time for something that took 10 mins to fix. Do not recommend going here unless you want a sales pitch

as much as i would like to write a book on how bad verizon is theres just no point, aside from an automated im sorry response, nothing will change. the customer service here is so low i dont know what to even compare it to, beware if your unlucky like me and pay for a brand new defective product because your replacement will be used, and telling people you charge a $30 fee to help with an issue is beyond insane, its 2024 i know every company's excuse is inflation but i promise you it is ok to help people and not expect money in return, its ok to be nice

Visiting from out of state and had to stop by to straighten out an upgrade I was doing while here. 1st time was to swap out an Apple Pencil that wasn’t the model I needed and that was handled quickly and the guys were pleasant. The second time I went back because an extra device had been sent to my vacation address. Went to return the item and make sure everything was straight on my account. Again the staff was helpful and polite and got me on my way fairly quickly.

As a recent convert from AT&T to Verizon, I didn't know what to expect when the worst happened and my phone was stolen. I went to this store early on Saturday Morning (May 11th) hoping to get a new phone and at least get some of my issues resolved. What I wasn't prepared for, was to encounter one of the most professional and compassionate problem solving teams that I have encountered at a cell phone provider before. Even though I was a walk-in without an appointment, numerous Verizon team members made sure to let me know that someone would be right with me to address my concerns.
One of those team members I would come to learn was the store manager, was named Juliana. Juliana greeted me with the warmth and focused attention one would expect if they had been with Verizon for several years. Juliana was sincere in her approach and took time to understand what happened, and reassured me that I would get the help that I needed. Although Juliana had to greet additional customers as they came trickling into the store for their appointments, I wasn't waiting long. Shortly thereafter, a team member named Jeremy, came to help me.
Jeremy was attentive and strategic in identifying the best options given the circumstance that I was dealing with. Jeremy helped me work through what information was needed from me to move forward with the products/plans that would be the most optimal for me. Jeremy was even patient as I filed my stolen phone claim with Asurion, and multi-tasked by helping other customers during that time as well.
When problems arose throughout the hours I spent in the store, resolving the complexities of my cell phone problems, Jeremy and Juliana worked together to brainstorm and think out of the box to get the issues resolved. Even today, Juliana still follows up with me to ensure that the few remaining issues we encountered get solved. Juliana demonstrates qualities I would expect from the leader of profitable and highly effective corporation. I can see why this Verizon store is run so well.
I can't begin to express my gratitude for Juliana, Jeremy, and the entire team at this Verizon store. The level of service and how the team went above and beyond, far surpasses any cell phone provider that we have ever been with before. Because of experiences like this my family and my businesses will remain with Verizon for many years to come.

They are not outstanding, but generally provide good care
