We were having billing issues with our new home internet plan. They quickly and calmly resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. We worked with Alex the manager and Henry who were absolute pros. I would highly recommend them to anyone

this place scams people and robs them. bought a phone at a pawn shop to get service now they trying to charge me full price for the i phone as if i bought it from them and they say they cant do nothing about it how tf do i bring my own phone for service but claim i need to repay for the phone i brought there scam scam scam

I see bad reviews here, but is the store very close to home, so, I decide to give it a try,What a great idea, Sara was espectacular, sheTook time to explain everything that verizon have for my small business, we trade 3 iPhones and got 3 new iPhone 14, she also told us about the discount we have on iPads and we got them for our kids.Every single question we have, was answer with care, professionalism and knowledge.We do appreciate you so much SARA, we left T-Mobile due to signal, and we don’t just got a excellent signal… WE GOT A FAMILY.Thank you thank you thank you so much.As I was there I was observing other's and every single employee I see was so kind.Honestly I don’t know why they have bad reviews.They are the best.Thank you Sara, a great customer service like yours makes a different.

This Verizon is very nice and laid out nicely. Displays are organized and sale signs are nicely displayed. When you arrive they have you check in and then you are chosen by order you came. The gentleman that helped me was nice and professional and offered solutions to my problem. A little bit of a drive for us but the help and assistance I got made the drive worth it. Thanks for your help in getting my wife's phone back on!

If possible, do your cell phone business online. Came to this location and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. 90 minutes later we were finally helped. After the first hour past, nearly the whole staff took their lunch break. When they all came back out 20-30 minutes later, the first name they called was someone who clearly came after we did. We approached an employee to see when we'd be seen and they finally agreed to help us. I can only speculate that they skipped us on purpose, but maybe this place is just really mismanaged. I will say the employee that helped us, Stephania, was very nice. That's the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 1.

Not sure where to start, but on coverage they are number one but in costumer service they are under 0. I have been with them for over a decade and the Costumer service in both areas family and business is real bad. If I go into the store and ask to order something believe me you will never get that item. If you go into the store easily you will wait no less than one hour for someone to see you even if they only two costumers in front of you and 8 staff member on the floor. If you make any changes at the store the person would leave thinking the changes were done and No way the changes were done. Is funny because my wife tells me the way this Osceola store works is this way, you come in telling them what you need and they will give you what they want. The business rep is available when she can be available is like do not call us we call you and believe me you will never get a call from her. If you sent an email to the business rep, she will reply back to you do not worry we mess up again but please go back into the store so we can fix this for you or after you order a phone and they tell you what day you will get the phone in the mail. The day comes no phone and you call the rep and she will say do not worry we just cancel the order go back inside the store place the order again that we might get you the second time you place the order the phone. The only reason why Verizon is still in business is because of the coverage but once T-Mobile or another company gets the service like they do, I will be the first one taking all my lines out. I am just waiting for that one day for someone to tell me we have the same or better line service than Verizon and I am out. Natalie from Business I only know her by name, because every time I go into the store they always tell me the same thing. Do not worry she will call you and I am sure she will one day, but as of now I have never seen her or know who she is. The same thing happen to the business rep that was in the store before her. I never met the guy or know who he was. I will tell you this there was one gentleman many years ago by the name of Orlando, he got transfer to a different store and I follow him but that man was the best inside the stores but other than him, I have not yet seen and that was like maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Anyway waiting for a big change to leave with another company.

Cracked my screen while on vacation at Disney. Local place at Vineland outlets tried to fix by screen (don't go there) and ended up killing my phone instead. Tried to order a new one over the phone with Verizon, but had some issues. (And wasted $30 on phone calls from my hotel to verizon). Customer service finally said they set up an appt for me to come in to the store. Got to the location and they had no record. But the team at the store was amazing. Was able to get me in with maybe 10 min waiting. Mike (longer hair) helped me out. Walked me through options and I ended up with a new iPhone 11. He was informative. Never felt like he talked down to me because I was not a big techie person. And kept things quick and to the point so I could get back on my vacation. Love my new phone. Props to the team at this locations. And many thanks to Mike.
