I have been coming here for years and I love the staff ! they help me with great discounts on items or if I have any questions . I don't know about that last review but this store has been honest with me and I have NEVER had an issue with this store or staff . Customers need to come to this value pawn for wonderful customer service and for having more of the latest items in store ?

I had an item stolen from the store. Someone close to me closed my account without notifying me and then sold the item to someone else, possibly someone who works at the store or is known to them. I have not heard from any management or received any follow-up regarding this issue. I want to explain what happened, but it seems like the establishment is corrupt and the workers are not playing fair. It's not right that they are able to get away with this kind of behavior.

I just happen to be in there the same day their district manager or whoever it is that oversees the stores in that area was there her name is Mary Rose I cannot believe the professional Service that I received the attention and the knowledge that they had on the items that I would like to purchase and the items that I sold to them was just simply amazing. Best prices very negotiable when purchasing their items and hands down best customer service ever. I will continue to go through them for any of my loans or to purchase jewelry tools electronics and firearms.

Customer Service SUCKED! We walked in & one of the ladies looked at us up & down as if we were low lifes & walked into the back employee area leaving only the one to FINALLY ask if we needed help. Then unfortunately there was limited inventory of jewelry to browse & purchase. Besides the fact that the employee would not take the jewelry we wanted to look at out of the case & only gave us prices. Definitely NOT coming to this Value Pawn!!!
