Put my mail on hold when I went on vacation and nobody would help me figure out where it is or when I would get it back! And when I ask to speak to a supervisor this lady told me that I had to call another building to talk to a manger! They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with with! Go to another post office if u can they are the worst!

first off, i wanna go off of my positive experience before i get to my bad one so let me start off by saying thank you to ranjana specifically. she’s helped me twice when i have to turn in a slip to get my package because it wasn’t deliverable because of something with the address. she was kind, patient and even shared a laugh with me and made sure i was in and out of there quick with my package. now onto the negative. lady with orange braids, cream/khaki colored glasses: i hope someone makes you feel as stupid as you made me feel last week. came for the same reason (picking up the SAME package) and you told me (without even checking my barcode) that my package wasn’t there with a tone, and talked to me like i was a child. i work customer service too lady, but you didn’t even try to understand what i was trying to say. i deal with stupid, irrational, entitled people too, and i was kind, smiled at you and all i wanted was to pick up my package. without checking if it was even there, you brushed me off and said it wasn’t. disrespectfully, get some help and learn how to talk to people. while i was in line she kept yelling at other people too. not even sure if she even knows what a smile is. i hate leaving bad reviews, but genuinely i hope you kick rocks and treat people like human beings. may your reflection match your perception someday :) finally, THANK YOU RANJANA, you’re amazing <3

My youngest son is completely blind but has a great job and brought a house , he lives in a cul de sac that has a community mailbox, in order for him to have one at his house we had to go to his doctor twice and the doctor had to wrote a statement that said he was blind, they would not accepted his whole medical summary!!!
I live several counties over and only get a day off occasionally. One Saturday I was able to get there and gave them the letter from the doctor and although the person there was not familiar with the situation she spoke to someone copied the statement and explained that it would be taken care of and my son would be receiving a letter that Monday that was over a week and half ago.
Now he still doesn't have his mail and I don't have any days off. I tried to get in touch with them and called Usps and spoke to someone who gave me the direct number which is 407-343-7874 which I started calling yesterday no answer and started calling again today. The number is the right one but it rings constantly and noone answers not even a voice-mail.
My son is disappointed that he can't get mail,he works from home and to try and walk to the community mailbox which is down the street and around the corner isn't possible. At this point I will have to try and drive there again next week and I live 2 hours away with i-4 traffic!
* update drive to the Post office this morning , apparently getting a mailbox at the house has to go corporate Usps and takes a while , changed to a 3 because the representative explained everything and made it understandable but not resolved

The staff at this location exemplifies kindness and generosity. Arriving just before closing, I found myself in need of guidance as a newcomer to the area. Their willingness to accommodate my situation was a testament to their exceptional customer service. I am truly grateful and inspired by their outstanding dedication.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with the same problem. Never held my e mail and what she said??? Good luck . (Lady with black glasses yellow hair in the counter. But I requested the hold with the manager, never happened, the Dominican lady, never happened and finally after 3 weeks she told me good luck.

Woman kept on telling me that I had to buy tape for my package and when I told her that I didn’t have my ID on me, she couldn’t do anything about it. She didn’t even help or gave good service. I am deaf.. please be respectful to deaf people

She stands out for her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my posts are made quickly and error-free. It is rare to find professionals with such zeal and willingness to help. I am very grateful for the excellent service provided and I feel that my experience in the post office is always positive thanks to it!

NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TO A POST OFFICE WITH WORKERS AS DISRESPECTFUL AS THIS POINCIANA ONE. THE PUERTO RICAN LADY WITH THE BLONDE HAIR AND THE LADY NAMED DANINE NEED TO BE REVALUATED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . IF I COULD YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED ZERO STARS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS AND BOTHERED BY ANY REQUEST. ZERO OUT OF 10 DEFINITELY. GO ELSEWHERE !!!
