My package was never delivered to my house. I am not given the our speak with an agent. My three cameras did not show a delivery on 4/24 at 3:21
The mail person has only directed me to the Kissimmee office

Im standing in line with no issue waiting to scan and send my item and some rude disrespectful clown lady comes up outta no where with no presentation or hello how are you asking to use their kiosk. She says “ Do you want to use kiosk” I say no , she says you don’t look confident. I’m like lol? Lady you can’t do a single push up and look like you’ve never ran a day in life , go hit a gym membership before you try to insult others. Mind you this lady wasn’t even dressed in postal service uniform so it looked like some random person telling me go use a kiosk . Work on your customer service and workout plan

Unhelpful and unprofessional. Luckily they don't have to care about reviews but honestly skip the headache and go to literally any other delivery company if you need to deliver a package. The staff there are rude and do the bare minimum.
The older gentleman there jumps to conclusions and gets argumentive before answering any questions. I wanted to see if a package was at the facility to ensure if it was going to be delivered on the day I asked, the first thing he did was cut me off saying they don't hand out packages. That wasn't my question, it was to see if my package was still due to be delivered that day since it showed it arrived there.
This staff looks miserable and act that way.

The shelves are almost always empty and they have no variety of shipping boxes or envelopes. It is very stressful to always go to that office.

Had requested redelivery of mail, never came on the day requested and even the day after. Went in person to pick up and they refused to give me the mail because I was picking it up for my mother….horrible attitude.

I have been waiting for an important certified letter since Monday of last week. I have been tracking it and on Friday I saw an alert saying it had been forwarded. I called the post office to see what had happened and what I could do, I spoke to Rosa, she asked me if I had recently moved because the mail carrier forwarded it to another address and she couldn't tell me which address. I have lived in the same place for 7 years and we get letters with many different names on them but my certified letter which is really an important document did not arrive.
Rosa told me they would talk to the mail carrier to find out what happened and why he forwarded it and that she would call me back.
That was on Friday and I was still waiting for the call. I called again today and someone put the phone on hold for 43 minutes. I hung up and called again, someone tried to transfer Rosa again and 15 minutes later she answered.
Only to be told the mail carrier had been off and the letter was sent back to the sender. Right now the Letter is in Ft. Myers and no one can do nothing to try to get the letter back.
The only option was that I need to wait for it to arrive in PR so they can send it back to me. Without any mercy when it is 100% the fault of the person who returned it.

I have been waiting over a month for my mail box key for them to tell me they can’t really help I have to wait until Monday for the person in charge of the mail box key to see if she can’t help smh

Mohamed needs to learn some manners or learn how to deal with customers. You are the face of the post office. If you can’t be nice to people maybe consider working in the back of the house where you don’t have to interact with customers. 0 for customer service.

I I admit that I arrived late, they had already closed. But I asked the man who was guarding the door if he could give me a box and he said No. Terrible service, I only wanted the box and I went back another day.But he was not willing to help.

orrible post office. I went in to fix my mail because I had covid and was in hospital and wasn’t getting my mail. I was told my mail went to post office. Woman who worked there told me it was sent back after I was arguing with her to look. Didn’t even bother to check. She told me it’s a he carriers problem. I remembered when I lived in altamonte they fixed something in the system. When I asked about it, she said “nothing I can do” I still wasn’t getting my bill, mortgage payments, bank statements and utility bills. I called the customer service number for post office and they told me it had to be fixed in their system as not vacant. So this post office is incompetent and lazy as they could have fixed this there.. according to the customer service line when I spoke to a manager. Horrible post office
