Frustrated! I went to ship a package and they put the wrong address on it even though the right one was written on the box! Now my package is somewhere in new York and no one is trying to help me find it and my customer has been waiting over 2 days now for their item. Instead of smacking your gum you should be paying attention!

Shouldn't give it a star. Terrible service. Only one person working and more than 30 people in line. They should give their workers more hours. They even go to the back and leave the place unattended. A disaster

The hispanic lady in the middle. She is very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. We will asking for her information to file a formal complaint.
