Was able to reach a representative by phone easily, who was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. In addition the appointment I scheduled was on time, and was handled efficiently.

I had an appointment, but it didn't matter I had to wait awhile. After an hour I approached one of the booths, the person in #23/24 was very accommodating. He was extremely helpful, since my # was bypassed. He pulled up my number and helped me..He had such a wonderful personality. He deserves 5 STARS.

Actually the one person who helped me with my SSI just wanted to say thank you and the one I met 1st and payed my 16 month rent at gatlin Ave Orlando FL my birthday is next month June 2
