We were in Florida on vacation and had to overnight something important back to a family member at home. We paid the high price and our package was promised to be delivered next day. The next day our package never reached its destination l, we'll We go back to the store and it's still there! They apologized and said corporate would be in touch to issue a refund we'll We ended up having to call corporate and they said they store should've issued the refund. We are currently back home and cannot go back to the store. I'm mind blown that the store cannot accept accountability when they were in custody of the package the whole time. I have the receipt with the date and time I dropped it off luckily because they're trying to say it wasn't brought in till the next day.
This still over a month later has not been resolved. They have bounced us around in customer service saying it would be refunded but when we call back after not receiving a refund they can't seem to remember anything. Everyone keeps pointing fingers at another department and this is enough.

Just know that you are going to wait at least 30-45 minutes to be helped , the employees seem annoyed and not helpful and they so young to be so bitter is so bad that I’m choosing to drive 17 more minutes to my next UPS to avoid this one at all cost even tho I live 3 minutes from this location, kinda of

This is a private UPS Store not corporate and has their own set of rules that are not standard for UPS. In addition, customer service is a lack there of.
