Went in because my car is leaking power steering fluid. They came back with an estimate of $1077.07 stating that I needed new brakes, power steering pressure sensor, and to replace power steering pressure hose. I asked which hose needed to be replaced and they didn’t have an answer for me.
The next day I pulled of both of my front tires and the brakes have more than 50% of use left (I’ve only driven 16,334 miles on them and they’re all ceramic) didn’t take the rear set off since the front does most of the braking and will wear out before the rear set.
Also my car is not throwing any codes so replacing the pressure sensor is not necessary.
I basically paid them $55.35 to tell me what I already knew, and this is after I told the guy at the front desk that I’m here because the service at the tire kingdom nearby was lacking. Seems like they all suck.
Good job, I could have been a repeat customer if you were straightforward. Now you only made $55 off me, since I’m not returning. Have a great day!

Had an emergency with our tire returning home from a family trip and Mr Will and this shop helped us immediately. They got our car in the shop to repair so we could get back on the road and home safely with a new tire. I highly recommend this shop. They have Great customer service and professionalism.

I just want to start of by saying thanks to your tire tech miguel he was very helpful with explaining my tire issues so i could understand .. and doing a great job on my car cause now it rides real smooth..thank you miguel...P.S good workers are hard to find this days..

Experience of will the store manager was more than exceptional. I called his location he explained in detail what was expected, I arrived and He waiting outside for they pulled my patrol vehicle right into the bay and handled my tire issue, Thank you for the opportunity to meet your Team and the outstanding Service.
