The staff at this location is really great ….I had to ship some item to my son in college and the owner was nice enough to repackage the box for me for it not to get damaged on its way there. I honestly thought tht was really nice of him to do….AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fix your store times. Was there at 8am and the sign on the door says you won't open till 830. But online it says opens at 8. Waste of my time.

Just went over and shipped some treats to my US colleagues. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Took away the hassle and easy to do even if you're not US based and a visitor.willuse them again next time I am am staying in the area.

Very unusual employees , I was happy to see the only ups open on Sunday in the area , once arrived , two very employees who just don't want to do anything but , we can't we can't. Even not listen to what need to be done .
Shame on UPS to have such employees in their store

Unfortunately, the workers at this location including the manager at the store manager (tall man that appears Indian or of Indian Descent) are not honest. They need customer service training and learn how to properly read labels printed, label items, store return items in the right location, and be honest. A young female worker clearly labeled the wrong item I returned. Also while I waited to identify a label for an item, the worker misplaced the first item and put the wrong label printed for another item. The misplaced item was finally located after a 15 min search by the manager & the employee. It was found where she improperly placed it. People are human so I was patient while discovering errors. I watched all of the mistakes made and brought the error to their attention. The manager proceeded to lie to cover for his employee's skills with no ownership that an employee error occurred but was quick to lie & blame a customer. He wanted no accountability, lied, & proceed with an ignorant nice nasty behavior. When a manager lies for something that can be noted as just saying sorry for our error, that's a HUGE problem of lack of integrity, ethics, & poor management! Alarmingly unprofessional! Beware of this store!!!!!!!!!!!!! The store represents Poor Service & Customer Service!!!!!! If you want to assure your items are shipped correctly & receive good customer service, go elsewhere. Stay far from this place.

I had ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service with city. She greeted me as soon as i came in, as i was in a rush when coming she was able to make my trip to the ups store quick and easy, she had an amazing attitude the WHOLE time unlike others when previously visiting! Will DEFINITELY be returning to her for ALL MY visits!
