Literally the worse place you can move to. The fumigate every month because of the termites and roaches but the worst part is The PARKING. You literally have to park by the management office and walk all the way to your building. I only have one car in my apartment. There are 3 cars to each apartment so you would never find parking. Now, management blocked off more than half of the parking, so there’s really no parking. I have to walk in the rain with my kids because I could never find parking in front of my building. I hate roaches, but the parking is way worse than the roaches.

It looks very nice. They recommended it to me. I plan to move to Florida and I would like me to qualify to live in that place.

It's incredible how they take pictures of a resident throwing trash report it and other people still throwing trash and they don't report at the street where I live still.x ..mm!.. !. Vnnvvnv. Bug bug tfffftttctggytgggggv cpk

WORST place to rent. Recently moved out of unit 303. This is not a one management property, at least unit 303 was not. It was a hassle to get any issues resolved as you could not go through the property management you had to go through the “owners” who lived in a different country. Moved in with mold in the property, a roach infestation, no outlet covers, and so much more that we reported several times and nothing was ever resolved. Worst experience ever here.

if i could make it a negative i would. there is absolutely no parking in this complex and the office is aware. the office staff is so rude especially beatriz. she always has an attitude whenever you call for the simplest things. maintenance marks work orders completed even tho work has not been done, every time it rains the entire complex stinks, there are holes in the fence around the tennis court and the lights do not work, the basketball court area is filthy and the gym equipment is ripped and worn.

Excelente para caminar con niños tiene el puente cerca para salir está cerca los shopping la 192 y demás. Las muchachas de la oficina comprendidas muy buenas Sacha excelente persona y el trato hacia los demás. El único detalle que deben ponerse fuertes es solo el estacionamiento en la noche es un problema enorme y más si tienes niños pequeños es difícil pq nunca consigues estacionamiento cerca había visto personas que no viven allí solo de visita pero se quedaban y tomaban el parqueo de los que viven allí los eh visto y para los residentes era bastante malo buscar algo cerca. Pero de lo demás todo bien en cuanto al mantenimiento genial cualquier cosita que tuviéramos problemas ellos de inmediato resolvían. En fin un gustó de haber pertenecido entre los residentes en The Gables.
