Today I felt really angry and cheated. On Tuesday I went to get a crosstown sandwich, which I love, I decided to go into work 30 minutes late just to buy this sandwich. The guy at the deli, one who looks oriental (Chinese, Japanese...), I asked him if they didn't have any because I didn't see any here. He came with a plastic box and an old, cold sandwich. I told him I wanted it in the one they normally come in in aluminum foil and he told me they didn't come like that anymore and that it was fresh. Ok, so I took the sandwich. Ok, Thursday I passed by there again and saw the sandwich in aluminum foil and hot. I don't know why he lied to me, an active customer who knows how things are there. Very bad service.

Maria is one of the nicest cashiers and the fresh market is really nice too will definitely come back!

I've lived locally for six years. It's a 30-minute drive for me to get to the store but I used to look forward to going, for their selection of specialty products and the great service.
Today they did not have any whitefish fillets, which I'd wanted to make dinner. I thought, "That's ok, they'll have frozen fillets." Nope, none of those either. Not even fish sticks.
While deciding what to do I wanted to use the restroom. The women's restroom was out of order and the men's was locked and no one answered when I knocked, so I asked an associate near the registers if she would mind unlocking it for me (some grocery stores lock their restrooms.) She glared at me and yelled (yes, yelled), "If it's locked, someone's in there! I'm not opening it for you, you'll just have to wait!"
Embarrassed and flustered, I apologized and went back into the store for a few other things that I know Publix doesn't carry, then hurried to the checkout and drove to the nearest Publix where I found frozen fish fillets and all of the other ingredients that I needed. And I was able to use the restroom there without anyone yelling at me.
I'll drive to Whole Foods and Sprouts when I need special ingredients. Won't be back to this Fresh Market again.

We have used The Fresh Market multiple times recently for catering events and they always exceed our expectations. The food is amazing and Debbie makes everything easy and special for our events.

I recently had an issues with one of the items I bought here. It was late when I realized it and because I live about 30 minutes away I decided to just send an email inquiry about getting a refund instead of stopping by. The next morning I received a call from the store manager Tariq who went above and beyond to rectify the issue. He not only replaced the item but also left a gift card for me. Unfortunately I couldn’t get back to the store to thank him until a half hour before closing today but I just want to highlight his kindness and professionalism. I love this store and look forward to stopping by again soon

Got a panini from the deli area after waiting 20mins, also the fact that they were rude and made a comment after I placed my order like I know a panini is usually served warm but 10mins to warm it up? And to add to it the "panini" was dried since they over toasted, not worth the $10 for an old tasteless "panini".They also over price their produce because the same exact brand of cilantro I get from my local market at $1 and some change cost $2 almost $3 at this place which if you ask me is ridiculous. The only nice encounter was the girl at the bakery, she was real nice and attentive but not shopping here again not worth it.

Definitely not very fresh. The unopened cheese we just bought started to mold after a couple days yet not to expire for a couple weeks. They get 3 stars for having a good selection of spices I was looking for and their staff being nice and helpful.
