Not the nicest stuff. Not very helpful. I was trying to rent a unit to store some of my Christmas ornaments and the staff kept trying to pressure me into a unit twice the size of what I needed and almost twice the price. I went to a different company.

Dishonest staff. My husband and I had a miscommunication and we paid $160 for one month of their smallest unit. 10 minutes later I realize this isn't the Orlando location we meant to book. (We were in a pinch for an urgent move with 2 small children) I quickly called and told them that we made a mistake and if they could refund us. If not fully, atleast partially- also because they advertise 'one free month' which didn't apply when I paid online. We paid it 10 minutes ago and we will not use it because we paid this for the wrong location. The worker assured me that that should be fine, because I booked it 10 minutes ago and won't use it, they can refund me, and that they will approve it with the manager. I call several times after that, and continually told that it's processing with the manager. It's been 4 months and I'm forgotten about, and they have my $160 which the nice lady on the phone initially told me I could get refunded. If I knew I couldn't get refunded, maybe I would have rearranged things to use this location because we needed a storage unit and didn't want to waste $160. But because they lead me to believe that 1) I would be getting a refund because I called 10 minutes later to cancel and request a refund and they agreed pending the manager 2) they offer 'your first month free call for details' which , even if they really didn't want to refund me, they could have applied that.But nope. Nothing. 4 months later. That shows me they are dishonest and love money- not integrity.

This storage is the worst one I’ve used yet… when I moved out I had to throw away my furniture because of bugs. It had roaches and these white bugs I’ve never seen before(very scary). I told management about it and was told that “their other clients haven’t complained” but I can only speak for myself and this place is trash!!!

Terrible experience the customer service is what gave this a low review because there is NO ONE in the building to help you and the gate doesn't always recognize your code so you end up having to call the helpline that doesn't answer for 10+ minutes. Take your money elsewhere

I compared rates as well as quality of the facilities, and Kissimmee Self Storage was way better, more affordable, and nicer than the others. Clean, safe, and best of all really easy to book online. Highly recommend.
