I needed to open a business account and was unable to because I came too late (It was an hr before closing). There were two bankers, one was assisting a guest and the other was available but couldn’t open business accounts. The reps also began speaking another language as to decide if they were going to assist me. Very unprofessional, I don’t recommend this branch at all.

I really don't know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. I've been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I don't know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent.I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technology's fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money that's been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the bank's fault so I'm not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.

Terrible branch. Long wait for simple deposits or getting a new card. TERRIBLE customer service and favoritism is shown to hispanics. Also there needs to be more employees so that customers are not waiting 30min plus to speak to a banker. Disappointing.

Beautiful building but they can only give a certain amount of change to businesses. This is the third truist bank that I go to in 5 months that keeps telling me the same thing but when I go to Wells Fargo they ask ME how much I want. I recommend any other branch to open a business account with If you don’t want to be at the bank daily picking up 30$ in change

Bank was empty only one cashier and customer at the window, saw the Manager passing by and another person guess "supervisor" went into someone's else office talking about "motora"?? personal matter instead assist the only two customers. Couldn't stand it and went out. Great service don't you think?

I’m blown away at the level of customer service I was met with with when I walked into this branch. I went to 2 other branches before finding this one. This branch was the furthest away from my house, but well worth the drive. It was close to the end of the day and they were short staffed due to training for the merger, but full of enthusiasm and energy. It was almost as if they actually enjoyed their job! The bank teller that help me was LaDonna…she was super helpful … bent over backwards to help me. She took the time to call the branch manager while she was on her lunch break to ask if she was able to help with my 3 wire transfers. The branch manager, Linette Sanabria, jumped at the opportunity to help. She walked in about 5 min after their call and got right to work. Another person walked in for a wire and she agreed to help them too. She took the time to explain why they were short staffed and backed up and she set the clear expectation that she was more than happy to help and asked that we bear with her while she works on our wires between the task she already had scheduled.After meeting Linette, it was clear to see why this branch had such a positive vibe and why the employees all seemed to be happy being there instead of watching the clock waiting to punch out as soon as it hit 5pm. This branch is link night and day compared to the 4 other SubTrust locations I’ve visit in the past. Whatever Linette is doing down there to keep her employees and customers happy needs to be documented, analyzed, duplicated across the board with all the other SunTrust locations. Just look at the Google ratings on all the SunTrust locations in the Orlando area. They are all 3 stars or less. If they could perform at half the level of Linette’s branch, it would make them at least 10 times better then their current level of performance. I took the time to write this review because I just left a bad review for the branch location in hunter’s creek and I felt so moved by the service at this location that I had to write another review to let people know that not all SunTrust branches are bad. I absolutely recommend this branch and I will probably keep making longer drive just to be able to have the same great experience again. Thanks Ladonna and Linette for making me feel like a valued customer.

Service is a bit slow at times but wow this is probably one of the better SunTrust branches I've been to in the area. It is hard to find caring, intelligent customer service in Kissimmee Florida but evertime Im here they help with anything. Very nice Libby as well. I never thought I'd be giving SunTrust a good review. Keep it up

Just needed to open new account. After waiting 20 min , no one talked to me and all busy couldn’t even answer a simple question. Left and won’t open an account anymore!

Bad customer service and organization. Made and appointment for 12:30, lady in customer service mentioned something about not good communication with online system, after we waited the couldn’t see because there was no manager, they made an appointment for the Hunters creek branch at 4pm knowing that business accounts take 2 hours to complete...of course we went to Hunters creek the appointment date but Amir couldn’t see us because he had to leave at 5pm...did I mentioned that we had an appointment??

I had a wonderful first time visit here last week. I had to clear up an unauthorized merchant charge that produced 2 overdraft fees. The rep who helped me was friendly and polite and made me feel welcomed.The branch is smaller and not very crowded. I've banked with Chase & Wells Fargo, but came here to get the $200 new checking promo with expectation to go back to Chase afterwards, but I like this bank so much i'm staying with them permanently.I think because they're a smaller bank, they treat customers better. And they have a very helpful chat feature on their website that is a huge help that the other banks don't have. Good overall bank and recommended.

Terrible! I went in for a simple form to be notarized and the wait wasn't bad but while I was in line I was never greeted! Meanwhile as I was in line there was a lady came in which was Spanish the teller came out from behind the corner passes me which she had seen stand there for over 10mins and tell the lady hello and then ask how was she as she passes me with out a word! The teller answering my questions firmly even if she couldnt notirized the form. I was not surprised but I was however very disappointed!!!!

We banked with SunTrust before several years ago. We closed our account since we moved to another state for a couple of years due to work. When we moved back to Florida we tried other banks but was never happy with their service, some even being a nightmare.So we went back to SunTrust and so glad we did. Their customer service is diffintly a 5 ?, the attention and care they give their customers is 5 ?,always very friendly. We bank at the Kissimmee Branch, the staff is amazing, from the manager to the tellers. I worked in banking for over 20 years from a teller to an Operations Manager, so I know what great customer service is worth.Thank you SunTrust for an awesome banking experience. 10 stars for you ?
