Monica Mendivil is a professional hard working Property Manager! She will go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy any task at hand. For example, I had an abundance of weeds on my rented property and instead of calling someone to spread and water the weed killer Mrs.Mendivil decided to spread the weed killer and water it herself. Mind you it's a large piece of parcel.

Monica has been such a blessing to my family and I . We closed on our first home today! Honestly it was such a smooth process. Monica is so knowledgeable and since it was our first home she made it so easy to understand the process. Monica talked to us and got to know us and the things we like and don’t like. Monica devoted her time to us. Monica went above and beyond of what we expected from her especially because we live in Miami. She advocated for us and was present at the house when we couldn’t be. Monica took care of me without asking me for any money down and I received my lease fast. If the opportunity arises I would hire Monica to be my property manager.
