I understand that they call themselves self-service storage. I am not a customer, and I never will be. They have an office at 161 Oakwood Dr. Kissimmee that is never open. I had been coming to this location to pay on behalf of my mom, and it is permanently closed. My mom had automatic payments set up, and they charged her twice monthly on several occasions. Being a retired old lady, she chose to pay with money orders, and every month she struggles to make her payments.
