Awful, mother waited 2 hours for to be refused service. Made an appointment for a different time to come back waited another 2 hours just to pick up equipment. No one even acknowledged us. No one seemed to care about any customers. Walk in were serviced before us. Will not recommend

Just wanted to share my experience with Maria at Spectrum I’m a difficult customer she was patient explain everything I mean everything she fast sufficient give you good options she was awesome with all her customers that’s rare in these days she’s the best!!!!!

Spectrum as a company... pretty much trash. $200 for a senior citizen to have access to basic internet and local channels.The store, however, is a different story. Anna was smiling and helpful through several issues with my father's phone and internet. Anna gets a 10/10 and the store gets a solid 8.

I truly wish there were more than 5 stars as my two-day experience with Anna at the St. Cloud/Kissimmee Commons store proved that she is an asset and excellent employee of Spectrum. Due to no fault of her own Anna used her expertise, professionalism and commitment to a high level where others may have deter my frustration into a negative impression regarding a simple purchase of phones and merging telephone numbers to the new phones. Interacting with “support” she encountered far too many problems nevertheless she kept me abreast of the situation (first day). Rather than have me wait she suggested return the next day as she sorted out simple tasks that support neglected to resolve during the hour and a half waiting time. Day 2: I returned to store and Anna greeted me with the understanding that problems were resolved and completion of the transaction would be less than five minutes. Unfortunately, while Anna was prepared to finalize the transaction, it was support that failed to make necessary changes thereby turning a five minute purchase into another two hour near fiasco. Nevertheless it was Anna’s commitment to turning a potential negative experience into a positive one. She epitomizes what a customer service representative means…that’s the customer’s needs and experience should always be in the forefront.

Maria was very helpful and displayed a professional and positive attitude which help me immensely during what I felt was a difficult transition from phone to phone. I greatly appreciate her patience and kindness.

Chris at this location was exceptional and his customer skills are very good. I will definitely return in the future to work with him again on the next upgrade.

My 84 yr old father passed away in April of 2022. My mother (81) moved out of the home ( it was my sisters and she sold it) in October of 2022. My mom returned the equipment through UPS. We just realized that the automatic payment was still coming out. I called and they REFUSE to do anything about it. It's disgusting that they would take advantage of seniors that may not be quite as aware of things as they used to be. SHAME ON YOU SPECTRUM. BTW, the new owners have not moved into the house so no one has used the service and they verified that on the phone.

I can only speak about my experience that I had Wednesday October 4th! Went in to turn in a dvr box that I did not need and to set up a transfer of service - Perfect timing, as soon as I walked in and young man - Chris - asked how he could help - 20 minutes later, he informed me about Xume from spectrum - and three boxes later I was out the door !!Cannot express enough how professional, genuine, informative and courteous he was !! The manager even came out and I thanked her for such a great experience !!Please ask for Chris (I'm sure all others are great) on ur next visit to this store!!!Mike A

The service here is absolutely horrible came in at 1 o'clock and 2 hrs later still sitting here with only 2 workers in the store i Do not recommend this store to anyone Knowing that there are so many people waiting they are taking there sweet time laughing and joking what horrible service.

Incredibly slow, wait times and not the best customer service. They have an online system to try and track customers who are waiting, but it doesn't work accurately. The employees are not customer service focused.

Associate didn't seem to want to be bothered with answering any additional questions or concerns I had. I went to exchange a box and he made it clear he could help me with that but otherwise he didn't seem to want to help with anything else. I even mentioned spectrum cellular service but was concerned that the service may be as bad as my home service and he just said maybe it's the area and said have a nice day. Which reassured me why I DON'T want Spectrum cellular service. I barely want their cable but with no other options besides streaming or dish, I'm stuck with service I don't recommend.
