I was here to return some Wifi equipment. The store was very clean and well kept. They had these kiosks setup for you to check in which made it extremely convenient and the wait time was not too bad. The customer service was great and I was done and on my way. Overall it was really good experience.

I had bought a brand new 1000 dollar phone and It was sold to me in a faulty state. The signal device in the phone didn't work properly and when I went to try to get it swapped out with a working phone the week after, the told me I have to do it with the warranty company, then the warranty company told me I have to do it with the insurance, then both keept of saying to go to the other and didn't get my phone fixed, I honestly just want a refund at this point because of the lack of the ability to give you a working phone, it's bs. Never get a phone here unless you want to be down 1k for a broken phone.

Terrible service ????. There are no employees and more than 2 hours of waiting ? to deliver the equipment. And I canceled by phone and it was just delivery.

I'm pleasantly surprised. We scheduled an appointment before arriving and was worried cause there were people waiting on the floor.
We were called, and Maria, our customer representative, was amazing! Knowledgeable, really helpful. Because of people like her, your perspective completely changes. It was a great experience.
The actual product might SUCK, but she was awesome.

Spectrum is such a rip off.
I had three price increases over the last 7 months to my internet service.
After the last greedy price increase, I switched to T-Mobile internet for $30 per month from Spectrum's ridiculous price of $84.99.
I hope your greedy company looses all of their customers and goes broke.
I have never hated a company so much. Heartless and greedy.
And when I canceled after only 12 days of service, they charged me a full month. Such a greedy greedy company. No heart or empathy for their loyal customer of 5 years.
I was even considering 4 phone lines for my family. But this is a heartless company you cannot trust to be fair with you.

Still didn't fix phone service
2nd tier provider sucks. LET ME BE CLEAR THE STAFF AND STORE WAS EXCELLENT A 10 they did all they could do ill go there again . But Spectrum not so good I will be changing service very soon .

OMG! When we entered the store at 3:15 pm, there were 4 employees. One employee left...then there were 3. Soon after, I overheard another employee say he had a 4 pm appointment...for a haircut!!! Now there's two. Meanwhile, people are signing in and the line just keeps getting longer. The two employees that are left must be used to this because they are seemingly indifferent to the situation. We were 4th in line and waited one hour before we were called. One gentleman came in and was called immediately. You should have seen the daggers being thrown at him. Turns out if you call and make an appt, there is no wait. Food for thought.

Wasn't thrilled with the customer service they said it would be a little bit of a wait so I checked in and sat down and was waiting i sat there for over 30 mins while I was sitting there I saw to associates talking to one customer laughing and joking around with them didn't really sound work related while the waiting area was filling up and there was one other associate there actually working and trying to move through helping people I got so tired of waiting I left an hour later I got a text telling me it was my turn to be helped its just poor customer service if all 3 associates there had each been helping customers it wouldn't of took almost 2 hours for them to help the 5 customers that were in front of me

Had me waiting for 2 whole hours , there were 3 employees and only 2 where working, I felt like the 3rd one should of been helping but it’s whatever , glad I got rid of spectrum and glad I don’t have to come back.

This is the worst company!!!
Never use their services, you won't be able to cancel them!
I moved on June 1st and wanted to close my account. I called 4 times and sent all the equipment back.
And I am still receiving bills for payment. They billed me for June, even though I no longer live there, and for July as well!
I call again and again, the operators keep transferring me, but the account is still not closed!!!
