The staff at Spectrum on Osceola Parkway are amazing. I was there for a new modem and wifi router. I was #7 in line, and a rep greeted everyone to discuss their needs. It's a great system that speeds up customer service.My order was a do-it-yourself to replace the modem and router for my new desktop PC. The kit included graphic and text installation instructions, and their rep assured me I could do it. If not, she gave me the number to call for a tech.By the next morning I gave up and called for help. I was stunned! My appointment was scheduled and their tech could arrive in a half hour! Yes! Jonathan was there on time, and was done a little over an hour. Spectrum is A+ 5 Star!

Yesterday, I went to the spectrum store to return my modem. I checked in, then sat down. I noticed 3 representatives at that time, all helping customers. Over the course of 15 minutes, 3 more representatives came out to help customers. There were about 10 customers waiting to be helped, including myself. I was happy to see the 3 representatives that had come out, which would shorten my wait to be helped. As I watched, the 3 representatives would not stop talking to each other instead of taking care of customers. This went on for about 10 minutes before the associate invited the other associate into the locker area, leaving the customers at the counter area to wait. About 3 minutes later, the 3rd representatives joined them. When that door opened, I noticed the other two associates standing in the locker area talking before the door closed. I was finally called about 15 minutes later. My transaction took 2 minutes to complete. Those associates never returned to help customers while I was in the store. Is customer service no longer a priority. The workers are taking advantage. Someone should review video from that store for 11/10/23 at about 2 pm until 3 pm. Maybe they could get rid of dead weight.

‼️DO NOT COME HERE‼️ You will be standing 2 hours + because they will only leave 2 employees no matter how full the store gets. Im here looking at one of them literally having a break while I’ve been number 4 for more than 1:30.

The slowest customer service ever! I went yesterday and I walked out of the store when I saw a lot of people waiting with long faces. Then today I went again, they did have few people and they still took too long! I call customer service on the phone while waiting there. Way faster on the phone than at the store!

Understaffed and poorly organized. Came for a simple pick up order and waited an hour because their check in system does not allow pick up orders to check in separately. You have to wait in the same queue as someone who needs a router fixed or to set up a new phone. The wait time is unnecessarily long.

This place needs more employees. I’ve been here for 2hrs waiting for equipment pick up. There’s only 2 employees working. If this location is always busy 2 employees is ridiculous.I asked for a manger & Isandor told me there was no manger. Which i know is a lie. Do better!

Waste of time. Spectrum customer service told me return equipment in any location. Cool. I go in person here they say they don’t accept only ups pick up from my home. I call again n they send me a link of locations that take equipment. This was the first on the list. Not sure if they r just lazy or if they don’t know how to do their job

I do not understand how the store does not accept cash for anything, employees who could really care less about customers or the work, perfect customer service online and over the telephone, and they just can't seem to get something as simple as an order for field. Ridiculously overpriced for low quality service and products.

These people have no concept of order and urgency. A simple exchange of equipment requires over an hour of waiting. The reps are walking around and chit chatting with each other while customers are sitting and waiting. Random people are walking in and walking right up to counter and getting their questions answered. What’s the purpose of signing in if the order is not being followed. Get your act together!How about one rep dedicated to exchanges?One rep dedicated to return of equipment?You are a Spectrum direct store and you are telling your customers to go to UPS to return equipment?You have a rating of 2.8 and there seems to be no concern of making things better!

The staff, even though there were only 2 on a Saturday, were very pleasant and helpful. However, the wait time was horrible - almost an hour before I was told they couldn't help me because of a system issue grrr

The guy was very helpful he answered all my questions it was an overall great experience. I recommend this store because I've had trouble at other spectrum stores in the past so this one was great. I highly recommend that you visit this one, not any of the others.

Waste of time. Waited over an hour to switch equipment that the online said it should be quick. Make a reservation and void this store. Only 3 people working at a busy time of the day.

awful experience. they have 7 work stations and only 1 or 2 workers. changing a device or any simple procedure takes 2 hours. terrible they should hire more staff
