I'm not sure about the rest of the store, but Naty is freaking amazing. She's helpful, fast, and didn't make me feel bad about not knowing a dang thing about my phones or how to set them all up. I'd give her a raise myself if I could!

Got there before they opened the store. Already 10 people waiting. Be prepared to wait a good amount of time. Service too slow. I've made appointments before and they are still slow.

Good store but your company’s internet service in Kissimmee is horrible. I’ve personally had my internet go out consecutively for the third day in a row. I am not sure if this a spectrum hardware issue with the modem & router or if Spectrum has a challenge with running a reliable internet provider.
