So far so good, staff does a great job of being available, and picking up calls. Maintenance keeps property clean and it shows. Core in front desk is always helpful.

Definitely moving out as soon as my contract finish, This is my opinion based on my experience. I have been here for almost 2 years, and in a few months everything has changed, packages that arrive to me and packages that are stolen from the apartment door, the tranquility that existed before is no longer there. I'm glad that others have a pleasant experience like I had. I missed the old team so much Brenda and the other always find a solution and don’t give an excuses.

THIS STAFF IS THE BEST I LOVE THEM. They do an amazing job at helping and ensuring customers are at peak satisfaction. Very thankful for these wonderful people that manage Sonceto Apartments.

I have lived within Sonceto since its first year, and I have loved every second of it. Community Manager Genesis is wonderful support. Sonceto is one of the most conveniently located communities, plus the amenities and interiors are gorgeous

We have lived in Sonceto apartments for six months and my husband and I are very happy, it is a very nice and quiet place, with an excellent manager and work group, they hold very special events for all the residents. From one to five he rated them a 5.

I love living here! It’s definitely not cheap, but they make it worth your while. The apartments are beautiful and they always do resident events. I’ve just left a Christmas brunch where they made lots of wonderful food. Very considerate and kind employees.
