The manager and work team are attentive, collaborative, careful and luxury, hold special events for all residents. Residents are very happy at a quiet, nice place and gorgeous interiors, convenient location and many amenities. The community is always informed and the staff are very thankful for the support. So far so good, staff does a great job of being available, and picking up calls. Maintenance keeps property clean and it shows. Core in front desk is always helpful.

THIS STAFF IS THE BEST I LOVE THEM. They do an amazing job at helping and ensuring customers are at peak satisfaction. Very thankful for these wonderful people that manage Sonceto Apartments.

I have lived within Sonceto since its first year, and I have loved every second of it. Community Manager Genesis is wonderful support. Sonceto is one of the most conveniently located communities, plus the amenities and interiors are gorgeous
