A very nice place. Beautiful landscaping. My parents live here and almost everyone is super nice. There is wildlife cohesiveness. Facilities are great. The only reason I'd give it four stars is because there is also an uppity vibe, but that's to be expected in this income bracket.??

Absolutely stunning! I visited my mom in her now dream home that she’s been wishing for for years. The amenities, local village, pools/spa areas and clubs make it enticing and welcoming. The place looks like your living in a permanent vacation. Solivita is the perfect retirement destination.

If I could leave no stars I would. The GM of the clubhouse was very rude as well as her assistant. And to think that people pay to live in this community. If I were the owners I would seriously consider replacing the GM and start fresh with staff that are kind to others.
