Nel the sale-worker saw I was looking for something and approached me with and in a kind voice said if she can help she direct me and made mention of sales going on. Ms Nel 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍for her good customer service.

Got a good deal on two pairs of shoes. But one, get the second pair of 50% off. I bought my last Skechers when I visited about 3 years ago. I still had points on my account and saved a few dollars extra.
Most stores in Florida do not have us born employees in the store was no exception. Though I was greeted when I walked in, no one offered any assistance. When I wanted to check out I had to look for a sales associate.
The shoes were very comfortable and fit well. I need a size 10 and there weren't many styles in that size, but I was able to find what I needed.

Had such an amazing five star experience at the store the manager Gisela, and a young gentleman who works there. I’m so sorry that I forgot his name, but he had glasses on and was Latino. Both of these amazing people went out of their way to make sure that I would be able to get my favorite pair of Pickleball shoes so that I wouldn’t miss a very sentimental event that my Best friend was hosting little did they know that they’re small act of service would be the highlight of my week. I will now be a lifetime Skechers customer just based on the incredible service that I received today. Kudos to the management At this store, you all are doing a fantastic job. This is what true customer service is supposed to feel like.

Wish I could give it zero stars, very racist workers. Went in for my toddler a pair of slip ons she seen on tv and she decided upon a backpack as well The whole time the worker a young Spanish male with glasses followed my child and I around the store (I had a purse nothing could fit in only) he asked if I needed help I said no yet he followed us on every isle nearly. Got to the front he was nowhere to be found to check us out. I had a question, waited on a manager (Nell, very older short Spanish woman) came to assist he had already rang up her backpack and shoes. She came and told him to “check” the backpack. After a dialogue they had in Spanish I asked what for he states he didn’t know, she finally said “oh for the price” but how if he already rang it up? I’ll be reaching out to corporate on this matter
