“My mother and I had to send 3 packages to a loved one in the military, but we weren't sure about the best way to do it. It was our first time sending such a variety of things through a FedEx office, and we had many questions and concerns. When we first arrived at the store, Taisha greeted us warmly and made us feel like valued customers. She answered our questions and gave us several options for sending the packages. When more customers arrived, Marisol stepped in to help get things done quickly and efficiently. She was patient and kind as we asked more questions, to be sure that the packages would arrive safely. With all of the different price combinations she offered, we were able to find one that fit our budget and needs perfectly. As we were finishing with our packages, we saw how courteous Taisha and Marisol were with all of their customers. In the end, we were so happy with how they helped us that we went back and sent a 4th package that same day. We'll be sure to recommend this FedEx store and use it again in the future!”
