“This clearance store has great prices but it's hit or miss with finding certain sizes but it's a clearance store so I get it. My biggest issue with this store is the foreigners. These people have no sense of manners or personal space. So it can get frustrating to shop here. Other than that this is my first go to store when searching for nike products.”

“I came in 30min before store was closing I did not realize. I had my 3 boys so was trying to rush. But I wanted to say that without me asking Jessica the store manager was so helpful. She helped me find sneakers for all my kids. Even sizes that I could not find she took the time to look online for me. She was nice, great customer service, professional and super cool. The store was very organized Vincent was on the floor. And Ayah was the cashier. Vincent was also very helpful organizing everything of shoes I did not want. Ayah had great customer service asked me if had an account and very patient at the register. These 3 deserve to be recognized because I've never been to any other Rack Room shoes and had this help or any other sneaker store. It came very natural for them that they enjoy working there. I live in Poinciana and we have one here that just opened. But I was in the Kissimmee area and decided to visit this one. I will definitely go again. Thanks for all you do!”

When I went I got some shoes for my son and we found the perfect pair for him for a fair price.
