Comprehensive fitness center. Good size. Several treadmills and ellipticals, one rowing machine. Two cycle bikes and one traditional bike machine. Very small stretch zone (mirror and bar). Chest press machine, lat pulldown machine. One multi plate machine with small weights, dumbbells go to 50 lbs. One set of kettle bells and a few medicine balls. Shares lockers and showers with the attached spa. Wifi and TV's and has unobtrusive music. Lots of towels and wipes along with water fountain. Well appointed for being a "hotel gym".

Always great service and a very friendly staff! I'm never disappointed by a service here, whether it be the massages or a haircut.

Called the 800 this morning to book an appointment TODAY for a massage and pedicure. Lady on the phone was clueless, kept repeating herself, couldn't spell, was on the phone for almost 15 minutes. Went to the spa at our time...she had booked us in for 5 days from now. And spa now booked solid for the rest of today.

The couples massages was AWESOME! Both the massage therapists my husband and I had were amazing! We parked in guest parking and then navigated ourselves through the resort to find the ship shape salon area. It was near the pool and arcade area. When we checked in the first thing that came to mind was BO! The lobby area smelled like armpits, there was a very nice host that checked us in but the once she walked us back things started to go down hill from there. We were told to arrive at 12:30pm for a 1:00pm couple massage appointment. We arrived at 12:15pm just because we didn't know where we were going and wanted to give ourselves extra time to find the area. The front desk walked us back to the hallway of the locker rooms, she quickly rushed us back there and said here is the locker room, there are lockers inside to put your belongings in, oh do you want slippers? She then opened a hall closet and pulled out slides and said just sit in this wait area till its your turn. My husband and I were left in the hallway alone not sure what to do. We went into locker rooms, I put my purse in a locker and changed out of my shoes into the slides. We just assumed that we would get robes in the locker room since she gave us slides to wear. In the past we've had couples massages with robes, slides, shower, etc. given. It was just very odd and uncomfortable for us because the front desk rushed away from us and we were left to fend for ourselves with little explanation about the spa. We then sat in the waiting area for about 40 minuets until it was our turn. Nose up started to go up when when the very nice therapists came to get us. They asked about us, asked what body area they should concentrate on. The therapist were amazing at their jobs, we would come back just for them. Showers, towels, soaps, shampoo, etc were provided which was much needed from having oil rubbed all over us. The showers were brownie points because some places don't have showers and if you are out and about all day you have to be walking around greasy but not at this place. Finally we checked out it was about $245.00 with annual pass holder discount and then we left, we tried to use the pool but were told you had to be a staying guest to use the pool. Which doesn't make any since because we just paid for an expensive service and should be able to at least use the pool area.

couture makeovers came out, I knew I had to have one. I booked it immediately for hair and makeup. I had an early appointment, 9am, but I ended up arriving even earlier at 8:30, and I was taken almost right away. Jessie from Toy Story is my favorite character and my stylist did a wonderful job with my braid and makeup - teasing up my hair and adding false lashes and freckles to make me look like a real doll. She even found and tied red ribbons into my hair to make my character clear in case I decided not to wear my hat (it was a very hot day!). I thanked her for adding the ribbons, saying something like "Without those, people might think I'm Elsa," but I was informed that that would be a totally different braid! That just reinforced for me how professional these artists are and how hard they work to make sure every client feels like the princess they come in to be. At the end I was asked if I wanted "fairy dust" (green glitter) and of course I took her up on that. I received compliments throughout the day and especially when I changed into my costume for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I was even given extra bobby pins to put my hat in with it and it stayed on during the wildest of rides. I am very happy with the experience and plan to do it again next time.

I booked my appointment with the manager Leslie who was very nice and accommodating on the phone. My appointment was for an updo for the Disney Bridal Portrait session in the Magic Kingdom at 4:00am. Disney will open a salon for you to accommodate you for a portrait bridal session which is really nice. Leslie called me at 4am to make sure I was almost there and met me in the lobby of the Yacht resort. We walked over to the salon and she got me coffee. Jennifer was my hair stylist and was friendly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly. I was out of the salon by 5am and in the Magic Kingdom by 6:00am!

Pretty cute place. Its actually the only relaxing and decent place on this property now with all the construction and conference commotion. Amy worked on my hair and she is great. Husband got massage and that was good too. The hotel messes up their menus with wrong prices but they ended up honoring it to me. However double check before.

Not worth the price. I went for a 50 minute Swedish massage, and did not have the "Disney experience" I was expecting. The cost was about $138.00 (not the advertised $115.00) because gratuity is included, which I didn't realize until I got there. There was construction on the building next to the spa that could be heard throughout the entire massage, with no discounts or apologies or anything. This may seem petty, but they didn't even have cucumber water or some fancy spa water. Just a water cooler or hot tea. Every other spa I've ever been to has had some kind of fancy water, so I definitely expected it here. The masseuse had a coughing fit during the massage (which I can't blame her for. We're all human), but she started on my left arm, left the room for 5 minutes, and came back in and started on my legs. I don't even know if I got those 5 minutes worth of massage back, but my arm was never finished. The aromatherapy options were Lavender or Tangerine, which is fine, but I only got a whiff in the beginning of the massage, then one at the end. It didn't last the whole time. Honestly, this just wasn't the relaxing experience I was hoping for. You can get an equal or better total experience for half the price at a spa chain like Massage Envy. I won't be back.
