BECAREFUL OF any places asking you to do a 5 star rating of the place upon check in if you do a fraudulent 5 rating they'll do you a special favor ? Huh ?? even hopefully they'll do better they've gotten enormous amounts of free merchandise from hotel impossible a few years ago even free bed bugs extermination free flat screens free bed linens why is this entire place in Such terrible disgraceful conditions a few months later over $ 200.000.00 has been totally given to these people free it appears no appreciation nothing taught to them was listen to when a place is given everything free showed everything cleaned up for you in detail $1000.00s free bed beg exstremimation very nice furniture beds free mattresses WHAT the F-CK HAPPENED the 1 young lady can't do it all herself,

Worst vacation stay I've ever had. You basically get what you pay for. If you are ok with breathing and laying on mold this is the place for you. As per the front desk pool cleaning is done once a week if the person is even available so if you are ok of being in a nasty pool this is def the place for you. The motel because this is not a resort at all looks like is used as a shelter as well and is sad to see all those families with kids being exposed to all that mold and nasty pool they cant even enjoy.

This place is DISGUSTING we booked three rooms for one day because we have an Airbnb the following day as soon as you walk in you smell mold , cigarettes . We ignored that then ordered food and left a plate on the dresser came back and there were literally 7 roaches on the food . Open the drawers and ROACHES everywhere there’s crushed roach residue on the walls dirty sheets the water in the bathroom and sink is literally at boiling temperature burned my 3 yr old niece . This place is made up of 90 percent homeless people living here full time with small kids I watched a guy get up and walk to work down the street we ordered 3 rooms and all of them had roaches and mold smell don’t think about turning on the air conditioner unless you want the smell of an old mattress you left outside in the rain for a month spend the extra 40$ and go stay somewhere else I was up all night on roach duty making sure none crawled on my kids

The bad reviews are way off. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and nice. Sevilla inn is comfortable, relaxing, and clean. I recommend this place to anybody. Don't believe me come check it out yourself, you won't regret it. Vanessa at the front desk was amazing. She is very helpful and I would like to thank her for everything she does. I highly recommend this place Sevilla inn.

The resort was great! Very spacious, clean, and well-laid out floor plan with lots of room. Loved the adjoining extra room and bathroom. The kitchen was great and everything was in great working condition. The grounds amenities were great as well, pool, courts and the gym. I would definitely recommend this

I booked this motel through Expedia which had great reviews. I was surprised to see they had such bad reviews on Yelp. I checked in very late and the security guard gave me the paperwork and explained all of the amenities and activities. He was so nice and welcoming and he even gave me his personal cell since it was after hours and no one was at the office. The room has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and screened in patio area facing the pool and small park for kids. The place was very clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with dishwashing soap, detergent, filters for coffee and paper towels. The bed was super comfortable. There is nothing negative to say about this place. If you are looking for somewhere clean, comfy bed and great price point this is a good choice to stay on your next visit to Kissimmee.

Spent one week there, never again ! For three days there was a soccer team staying there , they were loud all hours of the day ! Asked management to quite them and nothing was done.Patio chair broke on the second day and called for a new one, three days in a row and never got a chair.Friendly staff but no help in issues that I asked to have resolved.
