“Lidia was the ONLY person I can say that really helped me complete the process of reserving a unit. Sadly to say because of her language barrier. I have rented multiple times with public storage and never had to encounter the hardest time just to rent a unit. Thank God for Lidia who knows what she’s doing and has knowledge of the company rules and policy to be able to explain to the clients. Hope you can have more employees like Lidia.”

Rented a storage unit at this location for a year and each time I had a concern in monthly statements, insurance, and even vacating, the administration team was very accommodating and helpful. “I'm writing to let you know that I had a VERY positive experience while speaking by phone with Dena recently. I called Life Storage on, 7/11/2024, I had a wonderful conversation with Dena regarding me needed a storage unit for my recent move. Dena went out of her way to find me something that was closer to where I needed which landed me at Extra Space Storage, whom owns Life Storage. She was patient and kind, and I appreciate it all very much. I have rented spaces at other units , but Dena’s attentiveness to my needs was above and beyond what I expected, and I thought I’d let you know that this time was noteworthy!
Very professional staff, helpful. I will recommend this storage to all my friends and family if they ever needed a safe place for their belongings. Life Storage/Extra Space have extremely nice and caring employees as well as a safe and very clean facility.
