Sam's club in Kissimmee had literally EVERYTHING! Prices were ridiculous compared to up north. Making this my go to place for shopping for food, electronics, kids clothes and alcohol.

I came here to apply for the membership because we will be coming here to get gas etc in the future. The waiting was very long as there was only one employee working at the desk but she was very friendly and helpful.

Went in on Sunday around 10:30 the store was a train wreck. Pallets left unattended in the middle of asiles, some you couldn't even pass. Two scrub machines on sales floor. One just sitting in the way. The other one had an operator. Saw at least 3 fork trucks on the sales floor. Isles closed off so they could move pallets up or down from storage above. Several employees moving pallets around with pallet jacks. What happened to doing this before store opens or at night after it closes? The pallets in the isles, scrub machines & fork trucks just seem to be dangers waiting to happen during business hours. You don't open till 10 AM on Sunday! I'm sure it's one of your busiest days. I normally shop first thing weekday's & it's never been the chaos with pallets & fork lifts. Yes usually one scrub machine running around & a couple pallet jacks. PLEASE let your employees come in earlier or stay later night before. Might want to change hours you're open or number days of the week or something. I know the Walton kids want every penny they can get, but at what cost to your customers?

I have no complaints for this location! Curb side pick up is always VERY fast. The store is clean and well managed and I even use the eye center for my contacts/glasses! The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. My favorite eye glass doctor in the area by FAR.

Your usual sam's club, customer service is so so but definitely better than most. The entrance to gas station is very weird, only one car can enter at one time but you havr card coming from 3 different sides. If you like sam's club then yes its one of the good ones in orlando .

Sam's is the worse club. There prices are higher than bjs and there's nothing even to buy there. I went for tea bags and asked where are they and was told we don't carry them. Who doesn't sell tea. I go in there and walk out with nothing . I will never join them again. I'm staying with bjs. Sam's should go out of business

It's a Sam's club, went in got a few things but you know when you got to Sam there is always a deal on something else. Parking spaces are a bit small as I drive a big truck

If I could give zero stars I would. Have you ever been to a place where idiocy runs rampant? If not this is the place for you! Go in to buy a mattress and there is an abandoned flat cart, so we take it to load up the heavy boxed mattress. Suddenly we are being chased by an employee with another flat cart who is yelling that we can not use the cart. Mind you both carts are empty. She starts yelling that this is only for store shoppers, or the employees who go and get orders. We tried explaining that the flat carts were all being used and were not available when we walked in. She said she was sorry but these were not for customer use. Told her we could see the mattress and the checkout. Would be less than 5 minutes and kept walking. She then started yelling into her radio that we took the cart. Now another lady starts chasing us yelling and attempts to take the cart from my husband. She also said not able to use and wouldn't even hear of putting it on the cart and wheeling it up front while we looked for another cart. She then said she would go find a flat cart and took off with her cart. Super frustrated we just picked the mattress up and put it in the buggy and went up front. We were almost done checking out when she showed back up with a flat cart to the mattresses. We did not bother to stand and wait for her. It was poor customer service and ridiculous all the way around. Especially as we were leaving the original lady was standing at the front with her same empty cart talking with three other employees. But was too busy to allow one of the carts to be used! WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS SAMS. After being a member for 31 years thinking a change to Costco is due.

Cafe only had one oven. Food court takes forever. Staff doesn't really care about their jobs. If you order a pizza, it takes 30 minutes because of only one oven. You can't even call to order one ahead of time because they don't answer the phones. Customer service is slow. It takes at least 30 minutes in line before you're helped. They need to hire more people who actually likes working there. I don't know but my experience here has sucked every single time that I want to get food or have to do a return. Too bad a Costco isn't nearby.

Been coming here for years and it's pretty good sams . Could use a bit more organized shelves but good , I've bought paper towels that lasted years .. I try to buy things in bulk to be able to help if people ever run out ..

Ok so I really think its time I update my review. So the last few times that I have needed customer service it has been GREAT! They have been very helpful and quick to help. As far as calling to get customer service over the phone is a no go. You will never get through so you may want to stop in if you need customer service. The lines are still always long but I use the Sam's app so I scan as I go and I can walk out way faster. I am not sure why they wont advertise there app. I bet the lines would be way shorter and people can just get in and out. Just saying lol

Bought new tires, the car drives worse now than when it had the old tires. Was told I needed a wheel alignment. Long story short I was bounced back and forth from Sam's to pep boys and the car was not fixed! Worse experience and a waste of time and money

I have to say this wholesale chain is better then the others. I have been here several times now. I have a membership card here as my employer (a school) uses it quiet often. I was so at least 4 times a month. The location is very clean. No problem with the parking lot here either, very clean from traveling carts. I usually come to this location when my location closer to work does not have items in stock. I have order for drive up pick up on several occasions from here. The staff sure does actually seem to enjoy being here. At least the ones I have had interactions with. The deals in my opinion are amazing. I have purchase several times items for staff breakfasts and lunches even on a whim and have been able to find everything needed. Love the ready made wraps in the prepared food section. The buffalo chicken wrap being my favorite. Easy to purchase several trays for staff and everyone enjoys. Great charcuterie items a a great price. The layout and signage is well thought out. Very helpful employees here that you can ALWAYS find. A lot of the ither big box stores never seem to have enough employees helping. Lines here are wonderful and taken care of quickly. It really doesn't feel overcrowded at all and the every aisle here seems to flow perfectly into the next. The lines for check out were not overcrowded at all.

I like coming here. It's not as busy, and conjested as some of the other big box stores. It's clean, well kept, easy to find what you're looking for, and associates are always easy to find for help. They're products are reasonably priced, are of good quality, and when your done shopping, and trying to leave the store, you can check right out without standing in long, time consuming lines. I sometimes feel like this store is a FastTrak store.
