Royal Motors has been servicing our cars for almost 10 years now. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Ronnie and his wife have wonderful hearts and will do all they can to help.
I believe his name is Ramon- at the front desk- very kind and helpful as well as all of the mechanics. I recommend them 100%!

I am very particular on who works on my prized possession, my 2011 Maserati GranTurismo convertible. After speaking with Lisa at Royal Motors North, I knew I was talking to the right company.
Lisa and the entire crew take pride in their workmanship, pricing and customer satisfaction. They sincerely treated me like family.
Once the problem was diagnosed, I was given various options and their pricing was much less expensive than the Maserati dealership or local European auto repair facilities.
They performed the repairs accurately, and returned my vehicle to me earlier than I anticipated.
They even went above and beyond by recalibrating something that a prior repair shop missed. Their attention to detail is something you don’t see anymore in auto repair facilities.
I will not hesitate to use Royal Motors North again.

I really impressed with Royal Motors. It is a family business and they treat their client as a family. The waiting room is very comfy and clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The staff very knowledgeable and talented and the price is very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

Best shop for European cars period! Robi, Lisa and Ramon are the best! They work on my Mercedes W222, W140’s and Audi Q7, The quality of their work, their word and their family oriented shop makes them stand out from everyone else! I cant go anywhere else and I dont need too! Thank you as always!

I have been taking my BMW 430i Grand Coupe to Fields BMW of South Orlando for its routine maintenance. I had a coolant leak they claim to have fixed it. I was charge $1200 which included an oil change. I returned the following Monday morning and they confirmed the leak was not repaired, no refund was made and they claim I had other problems with the car. Now they’re asking an additional $4000 on top of the $1200 already paid for work not completed. My son in law had my car towed to Royal Motors North all the work was completed, my car is running wonderfully and the cost was a fraction of Fields BMW. I highly recommend Royal Motors North for any repairs or for maintenance of your foreign car.

The shop is #1 in the state of Florida. People drive 2 hrs just to have them fix the cars. It’s a about trust and the quality of work they guarantee. You can’t go wrong with the Royal Family. What you get is loyalty at the end. So I suggest. Before you trade your car in just need a check up. Check them out. They have a plus mechanics. I would not trust a Bentley dealership or Mercedes to work on my cars. You know why? They want your money like every customer. The Royal family has honesty. If you don’t need it. They won’t sell you it. Like dealerships on the other hand. They want to sell the everything you don’t need. The more they sell you. The more commission they make. I stick behind the brand of the Royal family.

They have terrible customer service, charge a lot for minimum service, and also will not comply with you, would not recommend this place to anyone to get there car fixed

I was on vacation in Kissimmee and my car started stalling. I tried the dealerships who were not helpful at all. Royal Motors was recommended so I called. They took my car in within a few days and diagnosed it right away. It was repaired the next day at a very reasonable cost. I was able to drive back to CT without a problem. I appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them!
