The Employee Jorhimar was extremely rude and unprofessional! We were patiently waiting in line to be rung up which it was only her at the time an employee came with one item stood on the side to pay and when we told her we been waiting her answer was SHE’S AN EMPLOYEE I quickly said I see that and client come first especially if shes going back to work then at time of ringing us up not even a how are you or did you find everything ok she took the items and all she said was cash or card with attitude and and I said card then she said theres your receipt and I looked at her and let her know theres no need for the attitude its common curtesy she definitely needs to take some costumer service classes !

Firstly, it is my favorite store, but unfortunately I give it one star ⭐ because it is so far from my home, with so much traffic, I would like to make Ross stores in winter Haven FL in the near future, I would spend every day in Ross, I hope they fulfill my wishes with God first, thank you

I went to return a watch handle that I bought, which when I opened it was plastic and looked like steel, when I am returning the product, the cashier asks me why I am returning it and I explain the reason for the return and she tells me that I thought I had only paid eight dollars, like what you mean, I think that is no way to treat a customer contemptuously and then she did not want to receive it because she said that I had to return it to the same Ross that bought it, when I was uncomfortable she told me that I could do it It would help me, even ask if you can do it, because you have to make the client uncomfortable.
