My truck was not starting at all after putting a new battery in and try to jumps started nothing. Call roadside assistance towing they ask me for the pickup and drop off location I was not on site I stay home left the key in the truck told him where the key was . He take care of everything and ask me if any other details he needed to know . I told him the drop off location was close already and talk to the owner previously before they close and told me to bring it and drop the keys I told him just that and he did a very good job he call me to make sure the address was right and even go out of his way to take a picture to let me know the car was drop off . He text me also to let me know the truck was drop off . Amazing services definitely will be using again .Service: Car towing

Yamel (i hope I spelled that right) was super professional from the initial call to the arrival and pick up of my vehicle all the way thru the drop off. No damages occured to my vehicle during lift on flat bed or during removal. He was able to drop it exactly where I needed it. And all in a timely manner - which was AMAZING considering I'd been waiting for Another tow company for 2.5 hrs that never ONCE answered their phones after inital booking. I was stranded with a 4mon old at midnight and these guys came thru!!!Thank YOU!!!??Service: Car towing

My car wouldn't start, after calling 3 companies, Eddy arrived in 10 minutes, and it was 1 hour for other companies and they charge 6% for credit cards. Eddy charged via credit card. He fixed my car in 5 min and it worked. Great service and I highly recommend!!!! He saved my day and money so I didn't need to use towing.Service: Battery

This is the best towing company in Central Florida. My call was answered on the second ring. The tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. Very fast and professional. Hope I don’t have to but I will call again!!

Used Road-wiz towing twice within a couple months, always very easy to work with, very fast, and pricing is more than fair for the service they give. Eddy picked me up on flatbed, and got me to my destination no sweat, picked me up on side of busy highway without a problem. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area who needs a tow.

The driver Eddy arrived quickly and provided excellent service. I usually dread having to deal with tow-truck drivers, especially during an emergency. He was considerate and professional.
