We bought dining set, 2 sets
of rooms a set of furniture and coffee tables. We knew exactly what we wanted and they helped us until we found everything. They gave us free delivery and the frame.

Been over a year still waiting on dresser or a call from owner Jesus to get back to me . Every time I go or go to store I am told next week next week . Seems like next week will never come .

My experience in this furniture store was wonderful and great, they have an infinite number of options to offer you, it is just a matter of going with the best attitude and time so that they can do their job, they showed my husband and I with great patience the different options of what we had in mind, that made us have a bigger picture, in terms of budget and options, (not like in large furniture stores, where you are just one more customer of the 60+ who come daily) fascinated to have the freedom to choose the best and adjust to the best price according to our possibilities; We left there with a beautiful bedroom ?; Hoping to return soon to choose something new for our home ?.

WOW. This place is amazing! The owner and his team went above and beyond- got me exactly what I was looking for at at an amazing price - got it to me THE NEXT DAY. Endless selection to source from, amazing team and customer service like no other. I’m going to do all my vacation homes working exclusively with this team. Came through for me and I am grateful. Stop in, describe what you need and take a look at the selections they can get for you. Was there on a Thursday midday and GOT MY OFFICE FURNITURE FRIDAY. I am just responding to the owner response to my experience. It’s unfortunate that the owner state lies about the transaction. We were not told that only one bedroom set would be assembled. One of the bedroom set was from the showroom floor so nothing really had to be assembled but the bed, which I did. All calls were returned on our end. And as I stated the weather conditions was not the companies fault. However, the continued unprofessionalism and lies was. My daughter and I moved our own furniture up the stairs, one of the delivery driver brought up the ONE dresser. The other delivery driver was the son of the driver and he had on flip flops during the delivery ??♀️??♀️. As I stated I assembled my bed, and the driver later returned and used his drill to drill in the screws that’s all. He then assembled my daughters bed and night stand, but DID NOT ASSEMBLE HER DRESSER. My daughter and myself assembled her dresser. We put the legs on the dresser, and attached her mirror and handles. In my pictures from my initial review he delivered the wrong box spring 2 days later which was USED. And I must address the comments the owner made about they can deliver anytime because the delivery is FREE. A respectable company WILL NOT deliver furniture at 10pm at night. Reasonable business hours is not at those hours. And again my daughter and I have made numerous calls which they did not answer. I paid $100 for bad service. The service was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this company because as you can see the owner do not own up to their faults and believe that conducting business in the manner that they did was ok and it’s not. Also, some of the reviews are not honest. The 5 star reviews are probably friends and family members to boost the company’s views. Look at the actual low score reviews we all have similar complaints. The late deliveries, missing furniture or parts. Hmmm how ironic. Go to a well known store and pay for a BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Excellent service, delivery is free to the first floor and the mounting service is excellent. The Rivera Future Furniture team works according to the customer's availability but because the service is free they scheduled delivery for me. Thank you for your dedication and commitment

At Rivera Furniture you will not only find the perfect furniture for your dream house, but also top quality costumer service. The sofa was supposed to be delivered in 7 days and it was delivered and installed in 6. It came with everything on the picture for a modest price. Multiple financing options are also available. Overall a great experience.
