they do a good job and it’s affordable but one of the stylist complained about how much hair i have (which im well aware of) made me feel insecure and like i was bothering her with my thick curly hair and never went back??

My appointment was at 9:30 with Mrs. Maribel but she arrived at 10:00, I went to get some highlights done. Everything was going well until when I bleached my hair, I left the bleach on all morning and part of the afternoon while she went home for lunch. When I finally washed it, my hair fell out in large clumps and when I washed it, I only paint, I paint it on top, on the sides, I don't apply the dye, I thought the process was going to be shorter but it took from 10:00 to 5:30 in the afternoon, I still waited until it was finished. The next day I washed my hair and I realized that it was stained. When I called the lady, she excused herself by saying that I can't do her job well because I was desperate to leave, which is completely false. The worst part is that she had told me I started out that the job would cost me $150 and ended up charging me 180 because it was supposedly a $200 job but they discounted me to 180 for that crappy job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT THEY LOST A CUSTOMER

They start with good service, end with a terrible job, not to mention the amount of money they charge, and they don't respond if the job is done poorly, I will never return. They lost a good client
