I can say that Rosa Torres is by far a great help at regions bank. She new how to solve problems i didn't know how to solve for myself. She was patient, kind, funny, and had great energy. She made me want to leave a review. If she worked for my company i would promote her....ASAP.

Amazing bank one of the best things are the workers. They acknowledged when we enter the doors like family.Specially Mr. Eliot is one of the reasons I have always chosen this bank. This gentleman take the time to explain the customers any questions or concerns we may have. I'm very pleased with this bank.Thanks for the hard work.

Here I am in the Drive tru waiting, the first thing is that they don't even look at me, I had to ring the call for them to pay attention to me, then without coming to me they make a sign to me, then they send me a boy to tell me that I have to wait for a moment because they are working with other people, and the truth is, I don't even see a waiting line. Terrible service today, at the moment they still do not attend to me. Your service is so substandard, we've taken our banking needs to another bank that's farther away, and we have to pay tolls now. It's our newest pleasure. You think about that. What a shame that arrogance and lack of customer care has so permeated our society. When you believe your automatically doing your patrons a favor by showing up for work, you're in for many rude awakings.

I've called and called and called. Left messages with Simon and someone else there. Gave them my name and phone number and told them it's important I hear back from someone and nobody ever calls me back. I call 10 mins to 5pm and I'm sent to Sisco answering service where I can't even leave a message. Clearly I can find another bank that will be happy to take my money and service. Horrible customer service!

I have been a Regions customer for now 12 years and have 4 accounts opened with Regions who classifies me as a preferred customer. This branch has to be one of the worst banking branches in the nation. The manager Carmen is one of the rudest most insincere banking managers I have ever seen running a banking branch. She once yelled at me for requesting that I deposit my checks separately rather than depositing them all at once as one transaction. I was baffled not only by her response but her unwillingness to deposit them as a I prefer. I run a real estate business and deposit over 250 checks a year, not one time did I go into another Regions and they gave me an issue for requesting to deposit my checks separately so I can track my deposits in my account. Whenever you walk in to the branch not once as manager does she greet her customers or offer to help her associates in the branch who could be busy or simply chit-chatting with their associates while customers sit an wait. Today was my last straw as a customer of Regions. I came in to do 2 wires and was told the wait was 45 minutes even with 3 bank tellers just talking and not assisting any other customer with Carmen on her cell phone laughing having a conversation what seemed to be with a friend. As a banking customer who deposits a great amount of money in my account throughout the year and someone who has been loyal to Regions for 12 years I will be proceeding to shut down my accounts due to Carmen the manager of this branch and how terribly they treat their customers. If you are reading this and considering to open a bank account then stay far far away from Regions so you never have to deal with this branch

I really like this bank because its located near in my community and the staff is very friendly and dedicated to their work in helping customers meet their banking institutional needs. This is the best bank I have ever had while being a resident of Kissimmee FloridaBest Wishes

I never like to write any negative review about any company but I must share my truth . This is by far one of the worst banks I have every encountered . They are very unprofessional and only help those who are (Spanish) . I do regret opening a account with this particular bank and definitely learned my lesson . The brand manager of this particular location Carmen is the worst and behaves very immature she is not a leader and I truly believe should just resign or (fired) honestly .I had seen a couple other reviews on her and it’s sad but she should be let go immediately . It’s not been a week yet and there’s various issues with this branch and best believe I will fight this situation it’s not fair that these people are not equal at all and that should not stand with in any business/ work space . Do not bank here look very carefully before you do . It’s best to go somewhere else please .

Very bad service. The "manager" Carmen is incompetent and rude. I have had a Business account for two years with Regions and every time we go to that branch, her service as a manager is lousy.

Tremendous service offered by this branch. Its manager Carmen and her team are of quality and professionalism. I have been with them for years and we have never had any mishaps or problems. this bank is horrible i opened an account a few days ago and it’s been nothing bad a bad experience with the branch! The “manager” CARMEN is extremely rude, not helpful at all and will cut you off while you try to talk! I know nothing will be done but don’t waste your time with this bank! Carmen does not care about the customers i don’t even know how she is a manager here! I’ve already contacted corporate about her! She should be FIRED!

Branch Manager Carmen was EXTREMELY rude. This is the 3 time I have such a bad experience with her. She gives you attitude for no reason I had a problem that required me to ask some questions and I called the bank she hangs up the phone then ones I call back they refuse to answer my calls. I contacted corporate at the 1-800 number and I hope I get someone who can call me back and help me because Carmen is doing a horrible job in representing Regions bank.
