I hired them to manage my property and it was a nightmare. I don't know how they screen these animals that was in my property. These people tore up the property before they were evicted. No pictures of house inspection every 6 months. Two dogs were on the property and we said no pets. More than three people in the house. Beware don't used them. It will cost you money and paint AHamptonWe never stated that we never had funds. You are lying about the repairs. We fixed the roof and chimney. You allowed the association to fined us because you neglected to informed us the repairs. Only when we went to the association we found out that notices was sent to you about the things that needed repair. We found out you ignored the summons which put a lien on the property. We never let something go unrepair.You were told to evict the tenants but led us to believe they were waiting for eviction relief program which never happened. NoGood will come to this. Liars

I Leaved in Other places and I Have Never Been Charge For None Of This Wen I Left The PropertyIf I Did Not Rented From You Why Are you Answering Then, And I Did No Damageed Anything In This House , I Lived Tere For Almost Five Yeasr Under Section 8, And If I Wood Of Damageed Anything in This Houe Section 8 Would of terminate my Section 8.And That Is The list Of Everything You Guys Charged Mee. And Upset yes Cuz You Guys Are Lying about Everything
