Place is okay but they should keep the oven running till at least midnight every day. It's ridiculous how they shut it down early.

I'm kind of disappointed. I took the kids for ice cream, and we were welcome with "Don't you know what time it is?" We close at 9 pm!!! I don't know that! This is a 24/7 gas station. Then on Top of that, he said: Come back at 8am tomorrow. REALLY??? For ice cream?
This is why business sometimes fails. Not because of the business but because of employees giving bad reputation. We need to treat customers with respect.
Twisty treat, down the road earned my business.

Went at 1:30am says 24 hours and 3 employees just hanging outside and locked the doors said it was closed

The manager or whoever is in charge. Locks the doors and turns down people with money. This needs to go to corporate. Going to lose money.

The supposed store manager Richard is a rude person, I went to the store for a refill cup of coffee, one Powerball lottery ticket, one megamillion lottery ticket and asked him also one #27 ticket that should be a Rush Gold lottery ticket of $2, he didn’t say anything about they are out of this ticket the #27 and instead he said it’s that all and I said yes and he said the amount that I have to pay, he didn’t gave me the tickets until I pay it, when it was payed he put the tickets over the counter, the mega and power in the top and the other town there, when I took it I noticed it wasn’t the number #27 that I ordered, was the #26 and immediately I told the lady that was there and this man came back and said “what happened” in a very rude tone and the lady explained him that I ordered the #27 and he gave me the #26 and he answered very rude we are out of it you have to take it.
“I don’t have to take it” because he said that or he want, his commitment with his store is customer satisfaction and connection, he is so rude and mean, it happened today around 3:30 pm.

I just left this gas station. I spoke to Jessica who was the current shift manager. I advised her pump 19 was not working. I asked if they have been having issues with several of their pumps. It wasnt just me, but other customers were outside wondering if other pumps were working. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, with an attitude she asked if I wanted to try a different pump or get a refund. Im sorry, your a manager but have poor customer service skills. I work in a customer service field as well. If you dont love your job apply somewhere else.

Excellent Gas station accessible and good prices; The place is always clean, tidy and spacious and their service is good; I recommend tourists or those who come from other states to visit Florida.
