I have been a customer of Publix and Publix Pharmacy for many years and always have been treated very well by the pharmacy staff. Today, I was the first customer at the pharmacy, I was there to pick up a medication, there was a young woman with the name of Neha (on her badge) who told me that I had three medications. I noticed that there was an attitude going on, but I moved on. When I asked her about the other two medications, she had to ask someone else. From that moment on her customer service went from bad to worse. I told her that she needed to slow down because she had an attitude, she replied "I have no attitude" with a tone (no I am sorry), so I paid and left.FYI, have the right to ask questions if I have a doubt about my prescriptions, it is my health!Poor customer service, unacceptable for Publix standards.

I went there with my 89 yr old mother. We were told multiple times we do not need an appointment for a booster shot. When we got there, there was one couple getting shots and one gentleman asking about the booster shot. He couldn't get the shot because he didn't bring the card and only had a picture of it. The first thing the pharmacist asked us was if we had an appointment. We told him not and that we needed a booster shot for her. He said that we needed to wait "hours". I asked why since the couple ahead of us was done and the other person was not getting a shot. The assistant told us that it was at the pharmacist discretion. Again i looked around and there is no one else around. I told them we couldn't wait "hours" after all she is 89. When we left the pharmacy didn't have one soul around but had 4 employees "working". We always had her prescriptions done at Publix and she insists on keeping her prescriptions with them but today we are changing our mind and taking our business somewhere else. Not a smart move since her prescriptions are many which in turns $$$. Their loss.

This pharmacy was really good. But now, when we need some assistance over the phone, the pharmacist is all the time working with the patients for vaccine. They need at least one pharmacist to take care of the other patients.

Dissatisfied again with the quality of their "fresh asparagus" totally rotten when I opened the bag. You would like to think their employees would be checking the how long the product has been on the shelf against its shelf life. There is nothing more disappointing than when your are going to make your family dinner and you open the bag and seeing the product is rotten, I just purchased this yesterday. So I know if I call to complain they will "gladly" refund my money, but what about my family's dinner? I just wish there were more choices of grocery stores in the area.

My husband and I moved here to St. Cloud a year ago we had only been living here 4/5 months when my husband ran in to buy around 25 dollars of groceries. He had forgotten the PIN number, he tried twice. They actually offered to let him take our groceries and bring the money in the next day. He was in shock as we had only lived there a short time he had call me for the pin and was truest grateful for not only the courtesy but the simple fact that they remembered us coming in often.
