When we first arrived at the store, Taisha greeted us warmly and made us feel like valued customers. She answered our questions and gave us several options for sending the packages. When more customers arrived, Marisol stepped in to help get things done quickly and efficiently. She was patient and kind as we asked more questions, to be sure that the packages would arrive safely. “This is my UPS Store of choice. And Ayub has always helped me with a smile on his face and a killer sense of humor. To my surprise, I was told that he doesn’t work there anymore and all of that because of 1 bad review. Big mistake as he was one of the best employees there! Bad reviews happen, and it is part of the process, but letting him go because of that, it’s not ok. Will be taking my business some place else if that’s the way you take care of your employees.”
