“First of all, MIKE - YOU ARE THE BEST!! Thank you for what you do for our community!! Anyone who comes here and complains surely do NOT understand that this is a neighborhood post office for our convenience, the majority of the residence are elderly, so if anyone needs to ship multiple packages and at all hours of the day due to their work/life schedule, I recommend going to the one on Michigan Ave in Kissimmee which closes at 6pm or the one located on Post Office Blvd in Orlando towards the MCO Airport which closes at 8 or 9pm (although it use to close at midnight years ago). You’re welcome! ??♀️”
“For a Post Office this one is terrific. Always fast service and I’m always greeted by name. Larry has gone above and beyond multiple times when I needed a P.O Box and also when a package was shipped to a wrong address and was returned, larry located my package and had it for me the next day. Larry always makes sure I’m satisfied before I leave.”
“Only four stars because it took me three days to get someone to answer the phone. Today Diana answered and was very helpful. I accidentally put the street address on a package that was one digit off and of course it didn’t get where it was supposed to go even though the tracking said it was delivered to a mailbox. Evidently there was no such street address. My question to Diana was where would it go from there. She took my name and phone number and said someone would investigate and call me back. Very shortly after Gary called me and they found the package and it was with the carrier with an accurate street number and would be delivered in about 10 mins. I called the recipient with the information and as we were speaking it was delivered. Kudos to Diana and Gary for a thorough job.Note: I was dealing with this from California and sincerely appreciate their timeliness.”

“Nothing but praises for the people who staff this location. I’ve been here multiple times and always met with a welcome and a smile. I’ve also shipped out 50 boxes once and the staff was helpful. I tried shopping 15 in another location and was given an attitude. So I’ve decided when in the area this is my go to place to drop off mail and send out packages.Thank you for giving such great services”
