I placed an order and received a confirmation email on
August 9th. According to their website, all orders are shipped within 7 days. My tracking number still indicates it's in
pre-shipment mode. I've contacted them 4 times and no one bothers to respond. Horrible service. I really was excited to find this store and planned to do a lot more shopping with them. Disappointed they don't care about customer service.

I love my new Loungefly backpack! It was a great price, much less than eBay and new and it came in black bubble wrap!!!! What a great touch! It came quickly too. Thank you for making my birthday supernaturally special.

Honestly disappointed. Ordered a dress hoping the garment would run true to size, it didn't. Tried to find out how to get a refund and it says in teeny tiny letters at the bottom of their site that items are final sale and no returns or refunds will be processed. If they had a disclaimer during checkout that all sales are final, I wouldn't have placed an order to begin with.

I live in the area, have been to Old Town many many times but somehow never knew this shop existed. I’m honestly so pleased with the items I bought. The lady in the counter was so sweet, honestly it’s a great place to visit!

I’ve placed multiple orders with Post Mortem before and never had a problem, placed a rather large dollar order 15 days ago, haven’t heard anything, tried email multiple times, calling the phone number 4 different times, put in multiple contact requests through their website, and absolutely no response, finally ended up just filing a dispute with my bank, I’ve never had this bad customer service where I can’t even get someone to contact me back, unless something changes soon, they’ll have lost a loyal customer

I visited Orlando an visited the Bootique while I was there .. I was really excited to finally find a place that sold the things I love. I bought a pair of sweat pants an immediately knew I’d be checking out there website which was obviously a mistake.. I ordered on 02/26/2024 I live a little over an hour away it also said the item was in stock yet I’ve received nothing on my order being shipped or anything . Called the store numerous times no answer. Emailed them twice no answer. obviously I’ll be going back to Orlando within the next couple days to solve this in person.

They sent me the wrong purse and I’ve emailed them multiple times to try and resolve the issue and even attached photos to show them what they sent instead of the pumpkin purse and I have received NO RESPONSE. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank since they don’t seem to care about customer service.

I ordered a Nightmare Before Christmas hoodie for my daughter for Christmas (she pick out the hoodie she wanted). I received an email when it was shipped with a tracking number and it arrived very quickly!! Very pleased and my daughter loves her hoodie!!I was very nervous about reviews I read & if they were a trust worthy business, I can say they are trustworthy and very pleased with them!

Katie is an absolute sweetheart. She made our visit to the store a lovely time and her knowledge/love for the products was superb. I was super excited to see Alien product in the store and wish they had more, I was ready to do my shopping! They had a variety of products from collectibles and clothing, worth the time to check out this store.

Perfectly located in Old Town in Kissimmee, Florida. The horribility postmortem was just beyond what expected. Of course. My kids love the animal machine. Trying to get five nights at Freddy plushes overall was a great experience. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Met all our expectations

After visiting the haunted attraction next door, I headed inside this wonderful bootique. They have tons of collectibles including everything from horror icons to Funko pops to masks, the fun just goes on and on. Very reasonable pricing and if you enjoy the classic horror icons like Freddy, Jason, Michael Myers, Ghost face, Chucky and so on, then you'll definitely like this place! Go check them out...
