I received outstanding customer service from Giana. She showed me all the lines of bracelets available in the store and presented them all very well. She is very knowledgeable of all of the jewelry in the store and was able to make my gift decisions easier. Thank you, Giana! ?

Excellent customer service! I went in for a pandora charm and I was immediately assisted and given lots of choices (seemed to have more charms than Pandora seems to keep in stock). Wonderful selection, and has plenty more gift items to choose from, not just Pandora items. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I will come here again next time I need to get a gift.

Went into the store so they can fix a mistake they made by giving me a defective charm and their solution was for me to break the whole bracelet and not give me a new one. Their decision was for me to buy a new one. They said it was wear and tear but didn’t bother looking up my account to see if it was wear and tear. Manager and associates didn’t know what to do. Never going there again and will contact BBB to get this solved.

I was in your store 12/29@1:56pm. I needed to purchase a few gifts for friends. I waited several minutes in the store to watch all of your associates walk pass me and not say Hello someone will be with you. I watched a gentleman walk in and someone helped him right away.I live here in Hunters Creek and have purchased several items throughout the year. I have never felt more unwelcomed in your store. I will never go back I will simply find somewhere else.

Stood in line outside for two hours on mother's day weekend to buy what I wanted for mother's day. I understood that they were only allowing but a few in at a time because of covid. Upon entering I had to stand in line again and made it to the register only to find out someone was supposed to help me pick out what I wanted before making it to the register. I felt rushed bc so many people outside were waiting. In the end I got what I wanted and everyone inside was very polite. It was just a tense situation bc of so many people being there. I will go there to buy something again absolute. They had so much pandora. I look forward to seeing that adorable shop again!

The girls were amazing when I went there on Saturday afternoon. There is a sign at the door asking you to wait, then the associate comes to get you. They have what they call the "safe square" which is a small portion of the store right at the entrance and it's protected so you and the associate can properly communicate. Shopping without walking in a store isn't easy, however when I explained the lady what I wanted and she right away pointed me in the right direction and showed me about 5 to 6 items. I found what I liked right away, a bit over budget but it did not matter as it was the PERFECT gift! Cashing out was easy and they took my information for the 1 year warranty on the piece of jewelry I bought! I definitely recommend this adorable gem next to the loop for any gifts and any budget!
