I have been banking here for some time now. Today I went to get a letter notarized and the only person available to do it could not be bothered. Very unprofessional; didn’t even acknowledged I was waiting for a good while and the whole time she’s walking around the bank pretending to be working. When I asked how long more I had to wait I was told 30 more minutes after being there for 30mins waiting. And the time I was there it was not busy at all.

Worst bank I have used. Cannot deposit check in there online banking, cannot deposit checks in there ATM. Now have to waste more time waiting for this location to open.. can't wait to drop these guys
