Had everything we needed for a few days of meals/snacking between hanging out at the rental house or the tourist attractions. Store was fully stocked and all the food we purchased was fresh. Checkout is quick - also assume they get super busy at certain times of the week”

“My family recently went to Disney World in Florida, the townhome we were staying at was right around the corner from Sam's Club #4782. We went to the club to get some food and we decided to buy a whole pizza for lunch while we were there, since I like my pizza cooked thoroughly I asked the staff member working the register at the food court to run the pizza through twice, she stated she could not do that cause they do not have the time to accommodate my request. This was strange because we have been members since 2007 and never had an issue with this request at other clubs, we understood it might get overcooked and would buy it regardless if it did, The women would not honor our request after we explained this but we continued the purchase and paid and went to wait for the pizza. While we waited my wife went and requested to speak to the manager (Kimberly), The manager listened to her and promptly contacted Eric food area supervisor) Eric took charge of the situation and went and personally cooked the pizza the way we wanted and came over to my family and apologized for the experience and explained he would make sure the staff member told other customers they could have their pizza run through the oven again if they choose and understood the risk. I tried calling the customer service number but got an overseas answer center, and I did not want this to go unnoticed without some recognition by the management staff at this club, I can understand why club 4782 got club of the year I believe in 2022, coming from a management role before I retired we both understand it all starts at the top and if you do not have strong leadership it shows throughout the store. Our local Sam's Club in Colonial Heights, VA #6524 has this problem, they are out of products a lot of the time, the store is dirty and the staff are not very helpful, you should look into management problems at this location cause there don't seem to be any one caring. This is another reason I wanted to write this review cause you have stores at the opposite side of the spectrum so to speak,”
“I went to the pharmacy at this location today and had a lot of little details to go over because I was dropping off scripts, canceling others, and waiting for a refill on yet another. Chris was so helpful and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He made it so easy for me to get the right medications filled promptly. Just after checking out there was some important info that I needed to know so Amarilis came to the counter and explained everything and made sure I didn't have any questions or confusion. This team really knows what they're doing and I'm so glad this is my pharmacy.”

“I love coming here! Gladys and Danny are my favorite workers, they're always incredibly friendly. This visit they had samples around the store - which was an AWESOME surprise and they all tasted yummy, two out of three choices I've never tried before. I really appreciate how clean the store always is, and how the employees really are friendly. I enjoy having quick banter with the register employees while ringing out, they always have something nice to say about what I'm purchasing or the sales happening. The only piece I wish would change is sometimes there are groups at the exit door trying to get you to sign up for something or donate - I was really off put from the DARE volunteers who kept bantering loudly at me after I politely said "no thank you." I don't mind the Girl Scout or Boy Scouts, but other groups feel out of place. This location makes me want to come back time and time again instead of other grocery store options. Thank you Publix team!”

“This is hands down the best pharmacy who truly cares for the health and care of their customers/patients! The staff led by Ana and Javier are two of the nicest, helpful, and knowledgeable professionals that myself and many others are lucky to have. They know their stuff, communication with doctors offices and insurance companies are extremely efficient. Most importantly, they treat you with pride and respect, unlike the typical chain pharmacies that I went to prior to this great place. I can’t count the number of times in the past that I would go to the “large, caring” chain pharmacies, to get turned away with the simplest of prescriptions for myself or my family without checking to see inventory, or verify benefits.
