I had an issue with a refund that was incorrectly processed by my bank, and the staff at Petsense was so kind, patient, and helpful. One staff member went above and beyond to help me get it resolved by researching and teaching out for further help, and I'm sorry I don't remember his name... but he was awesome!!

Staff is friendly and welcoming the younger could engage more with customers but other then that great store always clean and easy to find what I need or get help from staff if not available.

Did not follow my instruction too cut my sons dog bandit close to the skin all over including around the head and under the chin ..took 3 hrs was told short one person..I was in a hurry my dog was acting up and didn't get a chance to really look him over some of the cuts look uneven ...wasnt going to say anything until bandits next visit..we've been there 4 times ..other visits were great. 72 dollars is alot when your on a fixed budget..

I went today to purchase formula for my puppys. The Esbilac 14oz container was $44.00. I just purchased one at Petsmart yesterday for $19. That is ridiculous

Thia place is horrible, I adopted a cat there, they said the cat was tested pegative for fiv and felv. The cat looked sick, start vomiting, losing weight, his fur looked different, I took her to the vet and she tested positive for felv, I have another cat, an now there is a chave of him got infected, they lied to me, they have no responsibility.

Chaddy was definitely the best in the cuts and styles, my dogs hurt after picking them up today. But it hurts the dog more after having such beautiful hair and showing him a photo of how he wanted it. It looks like a dog that was trimmed at home without any experience, you have to recognize if you are good at doing a type of trimming and if you understand that you don't know how to do it, it is better to leave its hair long, but it doesn't damage its hair and that's how you were looking another place. I left him a tip out of courtesy but honestly I WILL NOT RETURN!
